i have returned the book you sent me.....that i canceled before and now i'm still receiving a bill what up with your company ? you provide no phone number to get this solved....so keep wasting your time i'm not going to pay for something i didn't want or keep!!!!!!

    I did not request any books.  Acct# 10028250883. Post Office says any unsolicited material is free.  If you want these books returned, send a prepaid return label.  Do not send any more material.

    Two things- I had asked before that no more books be sent to me and would like to ask that again. And on the invoice it said to check bhg.com/bookreturn for instructions on returning- there are none. so I will just mail it back (at my expense) to the address in Iowa. Acct number is 10026356088.     Regarding Christmas from the Heart: I asked by mail in their prepaid envelope for a return label and said I would keep the book until I received it. Asked for no more books to be sent. I received a card today saying I could keep the book and they will cancel the charge and they have "discontinued your continuity program" . They gave a customer servive number of 800-439-4119. I hope this helps someone!

    I received the BHG Annual Recipes 2018.  I did not order this book.  I'll return it if you send if you send me a return paid postage label.  If not, I have a free book   And I plan to cancel my subscription to BHG.  This is a real pain.

    So in reading the above there is a major problem with getting a subscription cancelled and a book returned.  I must agree - your website is not user friendly.  I hope these issues have been rectified since it is now 03/21/2019.  I wish to cancel receiving anymore Diabetic Living Everyday Cooking cookbooks for a free 30 day trial.  “Free” - strange choice of words.    It takes time and energy to return something you had no idea you were going to receive.  I was livid to say the least.  I hope there will not be an issue with receiving a return shipping label.  My account number is 10029401055.  Your prompt attention and cooperation in this matter will greatly be appreciated.  Thank you.
