i have returned the book you sent me.....that i canceled before and now i'm still receiving a bill what up with your company ? you provide no phone number to get this solved....so keep wasting your time i'm not going to pay for something i didn't want or keep!!!!!!

    We received this book we did not order, so I want to thank you for the free book, because by law you can not send out a book that was not ordered. When you do so, as you did, thank you for the free book. Just because we receive BHG magazines does not give you the right to send me a book I did not order, so I have to say. THANK YOU FOR THE FREE BOOK, HOWEVER, if you want the book back you can send me an RA# along with a postage paid return label to edwardsabel@sbcglobal.net. If I do not receive the requested items you will not get the book back at my expense. Thank you.

If you continue to send these books I will have no other recourse than to contact the BBB.  This is getting out of hand. I will be making a copy of this last bill. Also the book was damaged by water. On the last payment I am writing PLEASE CANCEL and my check will indicate FINAL PAYMENT,
