I'm not sure now how this came about or how I let myself get caught in it, but somehow I was connected (through the internet) to a person speaking barely understandable English, with lots of noise in the background. He kept telling me I needed some kind of software and I kept telling him I was not interested. I think I tried leaving the site, but couldn't. Then someone else came on. He was speaking good English and had a calming voice, and I was so glad to have someone I could communicate with I let myself be led into trouble. He said he needed access to my computer to "fix it." Soon after, when I discovered my folly, I blocked access to the site and kept checking to make sure they were not getting back in. If these people are so smart, why can't they make a living working honestly?

    I too have the same issue with this company but to my surprise, the company took it very seriously and resolved my issues. I would suggest you all write to support@premiumtechiesupport.com. This company doesn't make outbound calls to the customer so any calls by the name of this company disconnect immediately. In my case, I wrote to them with my order Id and other details (full name, registered email ID and my phone number)  and got the issue resolved. Try it instead of write here - cause this will not help.

    NEVER heard of this outfit.  NEVER authorized ANY charges or withdrawals.  Checked with my bank and there have been no unauthorized withdrawals.  This is NOTHING BUT FRAUD!  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CRAP!

      I have received a similar email and connected Premium Techie Support (TFN: 800-912-9394) they have told that this is a scam and never reply to such emails. We always receive a welcome email from the Premium Techie Support with all the purchases. (it consist of Toll-free number and  email ID). Check the company website before doing anything

    The scam message we received said the company is following Windows policy. Does Microsoft [?] know its name is being used this way?
