These folks have been calling my home and cell for well over 2 years claiming they need a statement or one will be provided for me !  Well then DO IT !  Never heard of Alpine Direct who claims to have deposited money into an account of mine that was closed for a year before their alleged deposit.  If these folks were legit you'd think they would have taken "action" by now.  Can't even get a legitimate address for them.  New Hampshire State filed and won a Cease and Desist case against them. Plus the alleged lender is not even licensed in my state.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY

    I have been getting phone calls from a Ashley with a Middle eastern accent saying I owe from a payday loan in 2011. Some how they hacked all my information.She saided she is from a paralegal department. I owe alpine direct solutions 600 dollars. In 2011 I DIDNT even have a job. By Law they have to sent you official papers in the mail. I havent received anything. It is really scary when they scammers somehow get all this personal information about you. I told them they are scammers and leave me alone. They keep calling me and threating me. They are going to come to my work place and to my home. I know they are full of it. Some of these scammers are international so the officials here in the United States cant touch them.

    just got a call from 337-210-7460 stating they had a complaint for a loan that was taken out with Alpine Direct services in 2013, when I told the guy on the phone that I needed proof of the debt and proof of my signature on the docs or the phone number or email address where I could get this info he told me that he was not allowed to give that info out because it is now being handle with his office if I did not want to go to court I would have to pay him $ 400.00 and it would be dismissed.  I told him that I would not pay and he got upset and said I will just forward this and good luck in court.  what a scam I have never had a loan with this company.

    These people call me daily asking for a name I have not used in 20 years for a payday loan from 2012. I have never in my life did a payday loan. They have called my current husband of 9 years, and my 80 year old dad, of whom they scared the [***] out of. I told them to send my proof and I will look at it. He did not ask for my address, but I would not have given it to him anyway.

    These people called my aunt's house saying I owe them over 1,000 dollars & Ive never heard of this company ever in my life.. This is a fraud & I wish they wouldn't upset my aunt calling her house with this crap

    I actually just got a call from these people. T hey gonna tell me I took an online loan in 2008. Man it is 2017 and y'all talking foolishness. They got very frustrated with me cause I started asking them questions about this so called loan and I got a lot of oh we don't have that information. 2 people from the company didn't even want to talk to me then finally a brave floor manager took the call and I know she wish she had not. Poor little tank tank

    I received a call from them today, 10/25/17, with the same demand as all of these messages above. They said I obtained an online payday loan from Alpine Direct Services (who???) & gave them a check, which bounced, & I'm being sued for attempt to defraud a financial institution. I told him several times I needed proof & documentation that it was my debt but he said I needed to pay $560 today or they would take me to court & would then have to pay $1,500. I told him I would do nothing without proof that it wasn't a scam, especially since I'm 56 months into chapter 13 bankruptcy! He told me I can get the details in court if I don't pay today. I hung up on him and he keeps calling back leaving voice mails. I'm trying to figure out how they got my phone number. But, I'm sure not paying them or talking to them further.

    These People calle me insisting I owed $300 for an old Payday Loan, He never stated his name and they stated the call would be recorded,  I replied yes it is because I am recording it. He then got aggravated because I began questioning the validity of this debt seeing as though I filled Bankruptcy a few months ago and every debt I owed was discharged or settled. Surely anything from 2012 would have appeared on my credit report. I called back to find out what institution is claiming I owe because I did not have any payday loans, they insisted  i Did so I requested in writing the information, because don't expect me to fork over a dime without proof that I owe. Mr. Johnson stated he had submitted my file as a Denial and the client will seek legal action, I was like really have a nice day, then I decided to look up this number because I knew it was all BS , there are Snakes out in the world today scam artist looking for easy prey, Be Aware.

    These a holes have been calling since 2 days after Xmas not only my cell and house phone but my family also quite the balls. I caught them off guard and answered did the drill like you guys told them to send me the paper work since you found my numbers you can find my address we are in the middle of a storm so I ask to speak to Robot caller mr Williams some punk gets on phone and says you can talk to me. He says what do you plan to do with this? My response shove it up your a????!!!

    I received a phone call from these people claiming that I took out a payday loan in 2012. They also had a lot of my information which was very uncomfortable and they claimed I did not repay This loan and they also threatened me with court and incarceration first of all I never took out a payday loan in 2012 they had my bank account information which was from an old account I had closed in from 2005 when I asked to contact the people who are suing me they told me that I could not do that and they are the third-party representation if someone is suing me I have the right to know who is suing me and I didn't have the right to talk to whoever is going to sue me honestly they were scamming I kind of felt like it was a scam from the junk they had old information and they persisted that I resolved the matter immediately I told them do what you got to do when I asked them about the account and told them that I have not had that account since 2005 they were like well maybe we made a mistake with the dates I just got off the phone with the bank and there was never a payday loan deposited to my account from the time I opened it from to the time I closed it

    I too have received calls over the last 3 to 4 years over money that was suppose to have been deposited into my account  in 2010 or 2011. I pulled all my bank records for 3 years to verify no money was deposited. Just received another call stating the same thing, only this guy was a jerk. All I can say is pull all your bank records as proof in case some law firm does decides to go after you.

    I just got a call from Recovery Portfolio Group stating that she was working for The Alpine Group - never heard of either of them. They had the last four digits of my SSN. She couldn't answer any questions. Then she finally said it was a payday loan from 2006. Which is impossible because they are illegal where I live.
