I found a charge of $29.95 on my checking account. Originally it was listed as "Health Plan". I would not have signed up for that as I have Medicare and private health insurance therefor I do not need or want anything from this company.

    I had two charges on my bank account.  I have reported this to the bank as fruad and cancelled my debit card

    I got my Bank statement 1/18/2010 and found that I had a charge of $29.95
    doller that I did not authorize,I don,t know how they got my credit card

    We are dealing with crooks they first charged me  $29.95 to my checking account five years ago -- I thought it was over with last mo they charged me over 100.00 how did they get my new credit card I called them they refunded me 50.00 then they rechared me    again for 50.00 on my bank account they have two add--- mvq clubsave i 888-239-3917 and mvqcrdiagnosis 1-800-379-5036 when you call them they will give you the run around

    I had to file a fraud claim request through my financial institution to keep this company from debiting this account for any further charges.  I didn't realize that $1.00 would total over $200 in one year, but it has because they have been deducting twice a month from 2008 to the present.  I have contact Wargo & French LLC regarding a class action law suit against this company as I have noticed many others are in the same situation with me.  Freezing my account for any further debits from this company really helped me, but in the interim, I was inconvenienced for this.  Apparently I purchased a round trip ticket through PriceLine and this is how they said that they received my information.  Read ALL fine print before purchasing anything online because it may say that purchasing this ticket allows our affiliates to share your information, yet it doesn't give you the option of opting out of anything like this...so in short, you're screwed!

    We received a charge of $1.00 on 1/16/2009 by "MVQ CLUBSAVE CT" on our Chase Marriott Visa. Tried calling the 888-239-3917 could not get a human just an automation which eventually just hangs up the call. Called Marriott Visa reported the charge to the dispute department and they indicated they blocked the merchant from being able to post to our account.  This happen to us last year with a different fraudulent company and we had to request new visa card number.  Call right away do not wait and if your card company can not block the merchant charges----cancel your cards and request new ones. This needs to stop and such individuals deserve jail time.

    Have not been able to figure out yet which company obtained my card number or how they got it. Just noticed today on my bank statement, they have been hitting me every month this year (2009) for around $100. Dont know yet just what I am going to do, but its going to stop ASAP!!!

    i purchased a membership with classmates.com and i purchased a search with mylife.com whom are both affiated with mvqsaveace whom has been fraudulently charging my credit card for five months. the first two months @ 19.95 and the other three months ( two charges ) @ 19.95 and 24.95. i have never heard of this company, i never purchased anything from them, somehow my information was sold to them.

    I have been charged 3 times each month for MVQ charges of 14.95 for services I did not autherize and merchandise that I did not receive.

    Being charged for something I did not order has been occuring once in Feb and 4 times in March. Each was for 29.95 twice and 24.95 once and again for 14.96 by MVQBest Benefits...This month, April , after  I canceled my old credit  card and got a new one I AGAIN saw another charge for 29.95  on my new credit card.  Monday I hope to cancel my credit card permanently and go cash or check only...........I hate being ripped off.....

    Apparently, this company is still going strong, because, I just looked on my card statement last night and was charged by MVQ*CLUBSAVE in Connecticut. Did not order anything from them and do not know how they got our credit card information. Also more charges from other companies have showed up. Two storage facilities, one in Wyndmoor, PA and one in Austin, TX. Two Cricket cell phone charges and Carparts.com charges. We have done what we need to do to stop more charges on the card, but I will report this company to the Better Business Bureau and talk to the Police about all fraudulent charges. But, in total, someone has stolen $613.00 from our account.

    MVQ has also attacked us,, totally fraudulently. First there was a $2.00 charge to our Visa account, and the a week later, 2 charges for $29.95 on april 16th, 2010, for a total of 61.90. Neither my wife or I have EVER tlaked to these people and we have no idea how they obtained our credit card number.
     It' time the police took them in, and we will ask our local authorities to help see that they are caught.

    I have had 5 14.95 charges over from Jan 2010. I called the company, they could not tell me why I was charged and would refund my money. We will see is this happens. Does anyone there know where or who to report this scam. Some need to go to jail for this activity.

    I just got hit for 4 months. Rang my Credit Card Company and they're resolving it for Me. Ring Your Credit Card Company and get Them to resolve it.
