HouseHold Orchard Bank Credit Card. I had a credit card with them until I was unable to pay the bill, at which point they closed my account with a balance of $1,639.15. Now after months of fighting back and fourth, they finally were willing to settle for $ 395.00 on my account as payment in full. So I sent them a check for that amount, and I thought that was it problem solve. Well I was wrong, come two years later they send me another bill from a different collection agency with a new amount now of $1,987.13, with the same account number totally disregarding our agreement we had, see they thought they could get another payment for a closed and paid in full account. They were wrong, so I am left with filing a motion with a fed lawyer who will sue them in a court of law! See they are violating of every state local, and fed law on the books. They need to be placed in jail for rights violations of all kinds!

    You ran up $1600 worth of debt and think you should get off for $400. Are you stupid or something? If you couldn't pay for your stuff as you went along, you shouldn't have run up a tab.

      As I read your message I see how ignorant you  are or I should say "are you stupid or something"  millions of Americans everyday face hardship you must have it as a spoiled [***] who has everything handed to them from Mommy and Daddy with that being said it's quite obvious when this individual use his credit card and ran up the bill his intentions were to pay it as we all do however some of us are not that lucky and financial crisis come up and we are unable to pay the bill but we make efforts to pay Within the creditors terms and agteements they had an agreement the Creditor broke it so you tell me who sounds stupid you moron

    Orchard bank charged my husband with an annual processing fee of $59 when he closed out the account 3 months ago and cut up the card! He is very ill and can't take care of the matter himself when it is their orchard banks responsibility to have accurate records who cares who called to report their error. I am not authorized on his account but he is very I'll and it will cause him great duress to handle this matter!

    I pay my bill by mail on time each month but they hold the check to make it late snd then charges me a late fee!! How legal is that?? I hate orchards bank and would advise anyone wanting a credit card not to get a orchard card they are a big scam!!!

    Got a call saying I was being served papers. Found out it was from this company. I thought the bill had been paid. It was in 2013. I had no correspondence with company until now 4 years later. I also don't ever remember having an Orchard Bank card.HSBC card but not this one.

      My husband got a call just last night and was told that he had an Orchard Bank card from 2002 and they tried unsuccessfully to serve him with court papers and they would try again but if it was not served this time they were issuing a warrant for his arrest and putting a lien on our home and we have never had their card, it is definitely criminal.

    The abbrevation for Household BankCard is misleading the customer and Taxpayer .HSBC what is this another bank FSB has the same abbrevation and Continue to make it seem as if I am working using this Secured insured credit card. This is a Complaint and are asking for a Complaint Form to I the Primary Card Holder  so that I can fill this into this office department I am a Consumer and Taxpayer please email me you can also give me a call.     My wife just got a call for the same card company say she owed 1000 on a card she never had saying it was household  orchard card but now it is hsbc company she asked for  Proof and they told her they can’t give it to her intill they go to court sounds like a scam

      I too am getting calls about a credit card I never had. The man does not speak clear english yet uses the name Jason Hunt. They are saying I owed 300 and now with late fees it is 1300. They are saying it is from 2008. I was totally blind in 2008 with no crefit cards.

      I just received the same call claiming I owe Household Orchard Bank (HSBC) over $2000 but will not give me any proof in writing. The original bank name was United Credit National Bank which closed January 2001 and I never opened an account or applied for a credit card with this company. I was given a date of 11/30/2015 when this was sent to collections. I requested this information be sent to me in writing - again the caller refused and claimed that the lawyers will be taking me to court. I hung up on them. This is a scam. The call came from 1-877-323-4954

      I was just told the same thing, but they can't give me any contact information for orchard bank or hsbc.

        I just received a call from some man from a place called Johnson Group saying that they are calling for House Hold Orchard Bank & that I owed them money on a bank card from 2012 I never owned their bank card . they are scammers
