HouseHold Orchard Bank Credit Card. I had a credit card with them until I was unable to pay the bill, at which point they closed my account with a balance of $1,639.15. Now after months of fighting back and fourth, they finally were willing to settle for $ 395.00 on my account as payment in full. So I sent them a check for that amount, and I thought that was it problem solve. Well I was wrong, come two years later they send me another bill from a different collection agency with a new amount now of $1,987.13, with the same account number totally disregarding our agreement we had, see they thought they could get another payment for a closed and paid in full account. They were wrong, so I am left with filing a motion with a fed lawyer who will sue them in a court of law! See they are violating of every state local, and fed law on the books. They need to be placed in jail for rights violations of all kinds!

I just received the same stating I had a card in 2000 for $1100 and it was in good in May 2000 but it was sold to a collection agency in 2016. I never heard of these people until I received the call. She stated it had been thru 3 agencies prior to being sent to them and the last one couldn't collect on it so it was sent to them. And they served sent paperwork to my last 2 addresses but when I asked for proof of documentation she stated my attorney could purchase it at the hearing.

Got a call today…same exact scenario. Orchard Bank, Household and Capital One. When I asked for information, I was told that they will see me in court and hung up on me. I called them back a total of 6 times and pieced together their BS story. Debt from early 2000, but was submitted in 2016. Sorry folks…you picked the wrong girl. Their info went straight to my friend, an Attorney General. Unbelievable! Told me I would be served, yet had an email address that I haven’t had since 2001. SCAM!
