your internet are too slow i thinking to change Zain  if this not fix i will encourage more people to change there mobily in go to the other network that give much more good service!

    dear sir my broadband is hopeless as i have paying my hard money to have mobily internet and still unable have the good service for your network i kindly check problem as i am living near to King khalid international airport singla camp.looking forward for replay.

    Mobily no good
    I had made a complain # 1-17503238631 on 7th of May as well on forum and result was to change the router to LTE 4G and later on 10th of May I visited to Mobily center in Fanateer Al-Jubail then came to know that I should have a ticket# so the gentleman said don’t worry I will make a request for you and you can come on Saturday on 12th of May to change it, after all I called to CC today and I got reply that service team already recommended to change the router on complain # 1-17503238631.
    So I visit now 1 hour ago to Mobily, but the gentleman told me that “the system is not showing about change the router” I can’t change it, when I told him about my complain # and recommendation he says I agree but it should show in my system, and wait until the massage will appear on your browser for replacing the router (time limit???).
    Now I am helpless doesn’t know what to do?

    The mobily broadband connection is very poor . the signal strength is always good but internet connectivity very-2 poor. I have done the speed test from mobily several times and it always less than 512kbps and i have the plan of 2mbps. I paid hard earned money to them for the quality service but all in vain.Kindly please improve the service

    Do not go to mobily......they are cheater.....they follow you for selling........and once it sold.......you have to follow them......how long???????ALLAH Knows

    i purchased connection in march 2012 for 16 months.. and in MAY wi-max broadband connection was not working fine.. we launch the complain and they asked us to visit and get a new device. They replaced the old wi-max device and gave us new 4gconnect router. and told us that ur connection will be renewed automatically every month. and the same statement was also give by call center .. .but now my connection is creating problem .. .it was not good from the start but from last couple of days it is getting worst. .. restarting device again again making us mad... i called the call center and they said you have to renew your connection on 12th june...as it is going to expire.. you have to pay 199SR ... we dont know about ur payments.. its better to visit the service center .... they always have different statements...... we paid for 16 months and used the connection for 3 months only ..... what the hell it is .... MOBILY suckss.............. ANY one is facing the same problem ... kindly share..

      Yes. I am also having the same problem. Every day it goes to limited conectivity and showing no internet access. we talked with one of mobily center located in Dabab Street, riyadh, they said go and change the moderm. I asked why? they said "software problem". Really they are cheaters because speed test showing correct donwload and upload levels, when i open IE, the page shows "there is not internet connection". So, better thing is to go STC.

      Dears, I am one of a victim of Mobily having 6Mbps but always getting only 512Kbps, I make lot off research on Mobily LTE4G broadband at home and I reached a conclusion that, it’s not useful for those who are gamer, HD video downloader, watching HD videos, or big file downloading because Mobily saying that it is UL (unlimited) but they are liar they have FUP (fair uses policy) you can get 1Mbps to 6Mbps but there is no difference except of fast browsing which sometimes worst….I think it’s a backlog of Mobily because we are living in cloud computing, online file sharing 60” LED TV and 3D etc. it’s a period of TB/GB not KB or MB.
      Mobily claiming of 4th Generation, but supplying 1st Generation…..what a cheat…

        THIS MSG  is from mobily admin: be informed that there is no adjustment request on your subscription and your subscription speed is 6mbps. When you spend 1 Gigabytes your speed will become slowdown until the end of the day. After that the speed will be back at the beginning of the next day.

    we take mobily broadbond 0n april but we are big sufferers with this internet connection only some days work nicely but know not working we are all in single female villa we cannot go to mobily center this company not giving good service us
