your internet are too slow i thinking to change Zain  if this not fix i will encourage more people to change there mobily in go to the other network that give much more good service!

    Dont get a Mobily 4g connect, they are cheating on speed.  Most of the time we only get less than 512KBPS.

    Very bad customer service too.

    They should not offer what they can't provide.  Go to STC, they offer 20 MBPS wired broadband

    They are good in sales but miserable in service, lots of complains with out any results, starts from there service number.

    I am monitoring the connection of Mobily Data package using speedtest on my iphone, for the past two weeks. I noticed that starting from 9:00pm the speed is starting to drop until it will only be lower than 512 Kbps. From 8:00 am to 9:00pm the speedtest is ranging from 1.5Mbps to 5Mbps. After 9:pm until 8:00 no matter what time..it is under 512Kbps. Is Mobily intentionally switching the Network down? and allocating it somewhere else? This is a ripped-off!

    I am also fed-up with Mobily Broadband @ home  they block my account (which is valid till June 2013) on sept 25th, and after calling Customer care they said wait for 24 hours....nothing happen...again after next day they said wait 24 to 48 hours.....but nothing happened and now my duty is only calling to customer care representative sending mail to Mobily visiting branch...but no one is ready to say any thing.......it's almost 5 days passed but who care?
    Mobily Customer care is useless they don't know any thing accept talking in English, they don't have any information of problem, once he ask me from which city you went to Mobily outlet and when i said JUBAIL then the guy said we don't have any outlet in Jubail how these people are?
    So, it my kind advice to all of you please go to alternate than Mobily because they steal your money and run away.

    I'm one among the many unsatisfied mobily broadband at home customers. their broadband service is pathetic and their customer service is worst. They are cheating the customers. Once they sell the connection, they are least bothered to address the complaint. the call center people will keep on asking the customer to visit mobily shop and the technical support person at the mobily shop will advice you to call 1100. I advice my friends to think 100 times before you buy mobily broadband connection.

    I took mobily broadband 6Mbps 1 month ago. The speed was good. But from last wednesday onwards the speed became worse, I done the speed test and it shows 186Kbps!!!!!!. Cheating mobily. Last around 1 week same result. NOT RECOMMEDNDED AT ALL to anybody

    AGAIN............. RECOMMED TO EVERYONE...... DON'T TAKE MOBILY 4G INTERNET. I TOOK INTERNET FOR 6 MONTHS GOT 3 MONTHS FREE. THAT MEANS MORE THAN 8 MONTHS STILL REMAINING. WHATS THE FU*#|*##

    I BOUGHT A ROUTER(CONNECT 4G WITH PACAGE 6MBPS/3MONTHS/SR699) FROM FANATEER OFFICE ON 11/05/2013.WE ONLY 4 PERSONS USE THE ROUTER.THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANTENA.WHEN WE CONNECT 4G COMING SIGNAL BARS 1-2 ONLY AND WE CANT PLAY VIDEO BECAUSE ALWAYS STOP.I VISITED OFFICE AND COMPLAINED ON 6/6/13.THEY CHECKED MY LOCATION AND PROGRAMMED SOMETHING AND THEN TOLD ME OK.BUT NOT PROVIDED ANTENA.MY PROBLEM IS SAME AS BEFORE.PL HELP ME.     I bought mobily 4g connect in March (6 months unlimited 555SAR). Initially the speed was amazingly fast for about 8 weeks, since then has progressively slowed right down. For about a week or so I have only managed to get  0.27Mbps speed. Appalling. If it does not improve very soon, I will try STC mobile internet, even if my mobily has not expired.

    The worst experiance is buying  a 28 MBPS modem and the speed is less than 1 MBPS.  Mobily is not staight forward in their ads.  Whe someone buys 28 MB, He will expect least 8 or 15.... Not somewhere near Zero. Don't go with this....

    its a trap don't buy mobily 4G ... past 3 weeks only 0.27 Mbps with 6 Mb connection .. service center said visit  customer care.. to update the firmware.. customer care reply this one is the latest firmware no update required..4 bars for signals...location coordinates .. and bla!! bla!! done stil no use ....

    sir since the day i purchased mobily 4g router my net is not working only my net plan is 6mb bt m just getting 10kb speed since last 2 months so what shall i do for this plz solve my problm other wise i hav to stop useing this mobily net so plz do something

    A year ago, I subscribe to mobily wimax and connection was horrible then came thier 4G offer of 21mbs  again drop my wimax and tried 4g ... at 1st month was great but then worst than their wimax cpe.. though i always check my portal thinking might be something wrong with the signal.. but gueas what i had full bar with hspa+ connection. My plan might be capped but i do browsin at night for max of 2 hrs.. im not downloading any movies or the same.. need to switch to other peovider

    This Mobily is a scam! Their FUP sucks! I just downloaded 700mb file then they will capped your account for weeks! NEVER BUY MOBILY!!! THEIR INTERNET SUCK AND THEY WONT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH YOUR NET!
