your internet are too slow i thinking to change Zain  if this not fix i will encourage more people to change there mobily in go to the other network that give much more good service!

    I got a subscription for 9 months. (6months + 3months free). At first, maybe a month or two. The speed was fantastic. Then it started to get slower and slower and slower. Now, it is november, and i still have 4months left before it expires. For the whole month of october, i got maybe 2 or 3 days only where the speed was fast. the rest. nothing. First time i went to their office. they fixed the speed. maybe for a week or so. then it started having problems again. I usually download a lot of movies and play online games. that's why i chose the 6mbps connection. but all im having now is maybe 10kbps. WTH. Im going mad with these mobily internet. I really regret the day i chose it. Should have gone with STC.

    mobily are thieves... Unlimited should mean unlimited. there was no fine print or anything that suggests otherwise. to add insult to injury, customer service send you on a wild goose chase between switching 3g/4g and spending hours in line at a service centers with no avail... too bad we can't file a mass lawsuit against  these thieves and those behind it.

    Dear All,

    I have subscribed the new connection 10mbps Mobily broadband 4G device, i was told that atleast you would be having 4mbps vaerage speed,   After connected at home I discovered less than 50 kbps speed. I made complain in mobily office  they said server is busy some updates are running very soon problem will be solved.  Now it is 15 days passed  and I m still suffering with  same slow cycle speed. nable to watch the you tube, Please solve this problem at your earliest.

    Your 4G internet service is very poor. No even matching other networks 2G services.

    The worst service....i bought 4g unlimited it gave me hell of problems...i went complained they it is fair usage policy the sucking policy of mobily i said fine change it give me 6mbs......again the same sucking story....i went again took my modem, they tested he said u use 3g......i was like y did i pay the amount for 6mbs & use 3g.....but the 3g is also the same i will chose zain or stc & i strongly recommend dont buy mobily broadbands.......they are cheaters ............i hate the fact its a UAE based company....

    Whatever the complaints about these guys are good for nothing ...is there any official channel where we can complain and kick them out of business for cheating people

    Mobily 4G connect the worst
    This is clear cheating. They take the money and an utterly bad service. It works for 3-4 days, then they reduce the speed to useless levels......................money lost for  ........   Dear friends this appears intentionally done ..............never get cheated
    There are other service providers
