I just rec'd a call from a man named Peter Black and his email is peterblack@laywer.com in St. Petersburg FL claiming that I took a loan over a year ago for $500 and that I would be put behind bars by the Frisco Police Department if I didn't pay today.  He also, had my last 4 of my social security and told me that they would investigate the matter once I paid the money.  I guess I'm going to have to take my chances on that.  Also, his phone number is 727-827-8214 which is probably a ghost number.  I asked for the company and he said "The State Investigation Department".  Really?  That's it?  I"m going to call the local BBB and police to file a complaint on these people. Oh, the funny part is, he told me to wait at my house on Friday and that the Police will be here to pick me up!  LMAO!!! I wish I would!!!!!!!  Oh, and he had a Indian Accent! LOL!

    I just recieved the same call from a man with a east Indian accent so I called from another phone and I said sorry I got the wrong number he said no you don't I said yes I do and who is this he said the  state investigation dept he ask my name and told me to hold on don't go any were I hung up and one minute later he called back on the other phone didn't leave a message what kind of scam is this

      I have also been receiving these calls. The first time I was
      really scared. (waiting for cops around the block) lol... But anyways,
      It IS kinda pathetic, that they have indian/hindu voices, but they use
      American names... Really, who does that? I have had John Wayne call,
      John Smith, and David Smith, among others, ALL with Indian accent.

        MYesterday I also had  a guy name David  Smith call me and this morning stating that i had a lawsuit filed against me.  He also had my name, my S.S number, my address and my email address. He told me to write down a court order #. He said i owe McDonald's as a cashier which i never worked at McDonalds and said i owe cash loans. David Smith have a indian accent voice and told me my balance was $ 387. 90 and today was my only day to pay it in order to put my case and warrant for my arrest on hold and if i didnt have the money he was going process my case and the police was going to arrest me tomorrow morning.. So i called the police and the lady officer gave me a number to the other department of the police station to make a police report.. My mom said she received the same call months ago and she went off on him and he threaten to have the police pick her up and she said she don't give a **** but nobody showed up.. ITS A SCAM EVEN THE POLICE OFFICER I TALK TO SAID THATS WHAT IT SOUND LIKE

          Daivd Smith called from a 940-440-8111 he had a west indian accent.. Its a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please dont.send money.. Its a LIE

                Ive been trying to get him to give me as much info as possible to turn it over to the computer crimes division.. Edward Rivera with the number 347-352-8572. His email also comes from a gmail account.. They also linked into the local police number but then say they are from a different police agency so they cant even do that right. Big scam don't be fooled.

    .I have recieved calls from this guys all week. they were blowing up my cell phone everyday all day. I spoke to them Tuesday and they told me that on Thursday I was going to get picked up and taken to court. I was so scared cause at that time I didnt know it was a scam. They told me that I took out a loan with American Payday Loans and they were pressing charges against me. I never took out a loan with themn, so I google them and call on of the locations in Iowa and woman infomed me of the scam and not to pay them anything. I started researching this on the internet and found that it was in fact a scam. They next time I talked to them was Thursday the day I was to be picked up, they said they need my attorney information and I told them I was going to get a attorney. They hung up and all day today I got not even 1 phone call from them
