I just rec'd a call from a man named Peter Black and his email is peterblack@laywer.com in St. Petersburg FL claiming that I took a loan over a year ago for $500 and that I would be put behind bars by the Frisco Police Department if I didn't pay today.  He also, had my last 4 of my social security and told me that they would investigate the matter once I paid the money.  I guess I'm going to have to take my chances on that.  Also, his phone number is 727-827-8214 which is probably a ghost number.  I asked for the company and he said "The State Investigation Department".  Really?  That's it?  I"m going to call the local BBB and police to file a complaint on these people. Oh, the funny part is, he told me to wait at my house on Friday and that the Police will be here to pick me up!  LMAO!!! I wish I would!!!!!!!  Oh, and he had a Indian Accent! LOL!

      I got the same email and a phone call from the same guy. John smith on the email then on the voicemail he saids his name is officer Shane Clark from the police warrant division. He is telling me to turn myself in to the local police station and I have a warrant for my arrest. So it had me scare at first then I did some looking into this and find out its a scam.

    I just recieved harassing text messages from a ROBIN SMITH telling me that I will have a bench warrant out tomorrow if I don't pay my loan back. I have never taken a loan out in my life, I just told him or her or whatever they are that they are harassing me and if it doesn't stop I will be contacting the proper authorities, and they haven't text back. So hopefully that scared them a little

      i got a name from Robin Smith this morning stating he is going to get me fired from my job and a bench warrant

    I got a text from a robin smith threating to have bench warrant against me to me to go to Walmart get money card give them the numbers off it I asked for proff of paper work have seen none I called number got voice mail funny ascent like they were from another country I've saved all 35 messages along with a weird number

    I got the same message from a Robin Smith, they use uppercase to try and make it look and sound pertinent. Funny thing is I have a loan, as most of us do, and i have NEVER been contacted like this (see how those uppercase work). Damn scams, what happened to working hard, and making a honest living? Karma is going to come down here herself and shows us whats up.. .so many con artists out there, trying to get a leg up… all you have to do is, you know.. actually work

    I today recieved a very not so nice message from ROBIN SMITH im upset myself about this and yes its [***]! scam is correct please note that and DO NOT give any information to them!

    I got the same email  they said they will see me in court. the phone no is 202-751-2451. his name is adam Garcia. I told him to send me papers showing me I owe this money then I will be glad to paid it. he told me I will see the papers in court. I told him that this is a scam and he should get a real job. and leave people alone.

      I got the same email today.  I know this is a scam and wish these people go to jail for harassing and scamming innocent citizens.  I did take out a loan online more than a year ago and paid it back but I guess your info goes into a stored database and multiple companies can pull your personal information and do what they want to get money from you.  I regret ever doing this because I have received several emails and phone calls to my home and job threatening my arrest if I didn't pay.  My advise, don't give them the satisfaction of responding back and don't ever take out a online payday loan because it will bite you in the ass later.  Don't worry, these people can't do anything to you.

    I got an email from a Adam Garcia(State Investigation Department) saying he received a arrest warrant against my name.He didnt even say why or explain anything in the email about why I had this warrant. The email just said to call him before i have trouble with my home or job.I know this is some kind of scam and Im tired of getting this kind of emails.The email  had a phone number on it (202) 751-2451 and said it was from United States District Court.

      I just received this notice in my spam folder from Adam Garcia with the same number as you  saying he just received an arrest warrant in my name for money laundry and I needed to contact him before I have trouble at my home or work. I know this is a scam because the wording wasn't even written right. Broken English if it was real then someone would have served me with a notice and not by email. It is a legal matter and there are procedures.

      I also received that email as a matter of fact I received it from 2 different names Mike Anderson & Adam Garcia the phone number that was @ the bottom of my email was 202 506 9999

    Got a email stating i needee to reply to a adam garcia. Number 202 741 2451 saying my husband had a arrest warrant and would be caught. Never explained... Wording was misspelled and no sentences were finished... Looked it up just for thought, SCAM!!!!

    I received a text message from 6365732355, stated it was Sabrina Miller from State Investigation I have a outstanding loan (which I don't), gives me a case number  and want to know what I can going to do about it. I ask ho they are looking for. They reply an hour later they have a warrant on my name and they need to forward this to my employer and to local police to arrest me. Cool I will be waiting. Tired of these people!
