this company has been calling me for months from 760-563-5384.  They just called my employer and left a voicemail message for me or my attorney to call them back immediately.  I called the number back and got a CHRIS ROY of indian decent.  HMMMMMM, okay there Chris Roy.  I told him that i needed the name and address of his company, the original debtor and verification of the debt.  He told me the name of his company, some debtor that i never heard of before and would not send me the verification of the debt.  Sounds fishy to me.  He then proceed to threaten me and tell me i can deal with in it court.  Not really scared since i am a legal assistant and know the law.  I do however want to know how to get these A*& holes from calling me and my employer.

    I continue to get these calls from a Jason Carter and numerous others.  They have a heavy Indian accent and are very rude and threatening.  They are also calling my office constantly and harrassing whomever answers the phone stating they will call as many times as they want.  The number comes up as 000-000-0000.  They have threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay or show up in California for a court date.  Both the receptionist at the office and myself have told them numerous times to stop calling.

    I have told them that I am contacting the State Attorney General's office and do whatever they thought they needed to do.  This slowed them down temporarily but not for long.  I asked them to send me paperwork showing what this was for and they stated they did not have to because I had been emailed several times which is not true.  

    Definitely a scam.  I have put identity protection and password protection on my bank accounts as they have way too much of my personal info.

    Want these calls to stop but not sure how to make it happen?

      they also called me and tried that the phone number they are calling from is one of those things you hook up to a computer.they are ripp offs do not pay them nothing.they are crooks sitting in a hotel room .they said i borrowed money from a loan place online and that they woud would settle it if i sent them like 250 dollars, track them down and have thier [***] locked up!!!!! they got all my info from the computer after i applied for a loan. its bulllshit bulshit, call the police and bring them in on it.

    I am being harrassed by a gentleman named Peter Crider he gave me a case number for the state of california.   He wants $469.00 and works for the bureau of crininal investigations.  His phone number is 510-227-1810.  they all have indian accents.  No one speaks clear english.   I have looked up his phone number and found out that he does not work for this company he wanted me to send money by western union.  then he puts me through to his lawyer Karl miller.  they have also started calling my work place. Then about 3 hours later a Dan Hopkins calls from american law division.   He states that he is after $469.00 and the other guy is a scammer.  Imagine my confusion over this

    Dan Hopkins phone number is 464-261-4651 and stated he is an attorney.  He actually removed $100.00 out of my account stating that he works for broadwayt global master.  

    Then a 3rd guy called by the name of Thomas Lee stating that all of these guys are scammers and he needs $370.00 for a loan (a loan that I do not have) He stated he works for Cash Mac USA and I can not find this on the internet anywhere. He stated he was a local company from PA.  Out of Pittsburgh.  the funny thing is when I goggled his fax number it was in seattle washington.  

    The other night I was just feed up and I reported them to the FTC, IC3 and the attorney general.  The first guy called insisting on me sending him money so I told him he would have the talk to my attorney Danial Hopkins.  Then I called Danial hopkins and had a 3-way conversation with him and peter Crider.  Finally, Daniel hopkins got so frustrated he hung up the phone.  But it was hysterical

      they are crooks and you should call the police they are using a thing you hook up to the computer and make calls dont pay them nothing call the police now. no he does not work for the police you need to call a real cop

    They call me all the time and I tell them that I dont have a debt with them or have never took a payday loan out..I know they are a bunch of scammers...What I do to get back at them is call the number they left on my voicemail because the one on my caller id sometimes isnt a u.s. number and I call them about 50 times a day and hang up on them...most of the time it costs them money to answer the phone....so just harass them back. Or tell them you have the police tracing the number right now...watch how fast they hang up and dont call back for a long time...I have found that to work best

      they are crooks sitting in a hotel room somewhere call the real police and have them tracked they are doing this all over the country and they are crooks, do no pay them, block thier number.i would stomp thier [***] if i could find them. they tried me to and i tried to set them up. acted like i was going to pay,then i was going to get them [***].

    NO they are not real...do not give them any info about you...yes they have stolen your info but never admitt if they ask you is this your ss number or bank account number....they can get all that info...but no they are not real...they are a fraud company out of india or somewhere overseas in the middle east....Just ignore them...do not call them back ...they wont stop calling but you just have to ignore them..... report them to attorney general in your area....

    that cuz the number is from india....its not even a real number its voip(voice over internet phone) they can call you anytime they want and really there isnt anythingyou can do...you can report them to the fbi or police but they cant trace the calls....kinda scary that they have everyones info....but they are a huge fraud company................ignore them

    I have received multiple calls from these people.  I have spoken to Jeff Stewart, Max Maurice, Kevin Foster, and Ted Roberts.  They are constantly threatening me and have called my place of employment on numerous occasions.  They will talk to anyone at my place of employment and tell them the police will be there on Monday morning after 11AM to arrest me.  The police have never shown up but this is such a pain to continually have to explain to everyone at work that these people are frauds.  I have been a victim of these people for 9 months they are relentless.

    I have started to receive threating calls again from American Law Ferm, the guy name Mike Anderson (360)326-2385 had a heavy accented stating that I owe a loan company that I have never heard of....I had reported them back in 2010 to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission about this company. The call did stop for a short time but now that have started all over again..... I tell them went they call then and now that every phone no# that you gave me or call from, I give it to the Federal Trade Commission.....

    They have been harassing us as well. I have managed to figure out that they are on softswitch with out going VoIP service so they can spoof their caller id. Their telephone numbers for incoming calls are:

    Received  Scam call today
    I received a call today 08/01/2011 stating that I owed a Payday Loan (Cash Partners of America) $5,840.00. They claim 3 charges are being file against of in California. A female from India left the first message. The number came as #(0000). She left her name as Chrity Volt (646-918-8123), when I returned the call a male with heavy accent from India by the name of Chris Lee. He was reading from a script. Stating that charges would be file as early tomorrow (Aug 2nd,2011). They claimed they have tried contacting me several times via emails. All untrue, they verify last for of ss#, and address, when ask why they need that information,he insisted that he could not continue unless that was verify, they ask for phone #'s SCAM CALL.

    I got a call from ACS LAW saying that owed a payday loan outstanding and that I needed to pay them to keep form going to court. I set up a payment arrangement and gave them my debit card number. They took out 100.00 from my account then when I was sick and knew that I could pay the agreed payment I tried to call but they didn't answer then they called the next day saying they had issues with debiting my account. I explained that my check was short because of missed unpaid sick days and that if they would wait till next payday I could pay it off. He said he needed at least 50.00 to keep them from reinstating my case. I told them I only had enought to put food in my house and to get back and forth to work. They kept insisting that I had to pay it or they were going to add 100.00 processing fee that they were waiving I got upset and told them no way was I going to sit here and pay them and not have food in my house or a way to work I told them to do what you gotta do. They took all the money I had out of my account. SO I said fine. I will call my bank tell them it was an unauthorized transaction and get the address to the company and mail the payments. The address was never givened to me. When I spoke to them they were supposed to email me payment information. They said that they would send a letter when the debt was paid as a reciept for the payments that I made to clear my credit in an earlier conversation.. no email ever came. When I went on line to find the company address there wasn't I found this websit and RIPOFF.com and other sites.  So this morning I get a call from them, calling me from a unknown number leaving me a message saying that They couldn't debit the account. And UNKNOWn Number! If you are a vaild company way call me from a blocked number, why don't I have a letter coming out to me stating that I need to pay? Where's the phone number, business license. I can't wait to hear from them. This is my off day. I will spened it at the police department filing a complaint aganist them. There has got to be way to keep these people from hurting people. I thought I was doing the right thing by paying a loan off. But I have since got into contact with the loan agency that I owe. I have an arrangement with them, They have never heard of them said they had no legal ties to them...how do you like that?

    I too got a call from 877-251-4288 telling me that they are trying to deliver a court summons to me for an fraudulent check that I wrote.  I have never written a bad check and when I tried to call the number back nobody answers.  So glad I saw this website I was really nervous at first.  The woman who left the message did wish me good luck before she hung up, how odd is that?

    These people keep calling me from New York saying they are gonna come serve me papers because of a loan i suppose to have not paid back, they called check fraud. They said they were gonna come serve me papers at my job and that i had to go to court when they serve me the papers. the name of the company is ACS, and the number is 1-877-230-0473. i asked the guy what did ACS stand for and he said it didnt have a name just initial. That didnt sound right.
