Some guy just called claiming to be a: Dalrymple Birch  from AMG. This wad the most rudest price I had ever encountered  but, he chose the wrong one.  I use to be a debt collector. 1. I stated I did not sign a contract with his firm. 2. I asked if his firm has a surety bond to even do collections (which none of them ever do) in the state of Florida and 3. Give me a telephone number and address to correspond in wiriting. This jerk talked about, filing charges and my court file number was ×××××××××× and then proceeded to try and talk over me. I asked if I had permission to record his call for the quality of his service. Of course he refused. After the 20th call, I placed him on hold and dialed 911 when the operator came o. The line, he hung up and that was the last time I received a call. I do plan to sue this company.  If you have a phone number to this company please provide it for me.

I received a call from this jerk several times yesterday over a credit card I had back in 2014 that had been taken care of in bankruptcy court. I called him back and he answered and told me his name was Dale Birch from AMG associates. He was very rude and kept talking over me as well. I finally cussed him out and hung up on him after telling him what a a$$ he was being. He called me from a Clanton Alabama number.  1-205-258-0241. I missed his original call but when I called it back he answered so you can probably reach him on this number. After I hung up on him he proceeded trying to call me back about 10 times on numbers that showed unknown on my phone. Apparently these people have gotten hold of a lot of people's old outdated financial information from 10 to 13 years ago and they're using that info to call around trying to scam people out of money for old debts that are out of statutes of limitations

Same jerk just called me with this same bad attitude and is still talking over people, like so rude. He called me from Clanton Alabama claiming he would and could sue me for breaching my contract with his client (Kirkland's). He said the sheriff's office would serve me papers - so we'll see about that. In his non-stop robotic yammering he claimed he could charge me 378% interest on the amount owed, claimed he didn't have the original balance yet later found out he lied and did have the amount. Turns out I paid this debt off years ago when I bought my house. When I finally hung up on him he called me back 3-4 times from an unknown number - I was able to reach his office by call (251) 258-0241 You should definitely call him today and threaten to sue his ass off, he deserves it. Some of us are just trying to do right and live an honest life without badgering ppl and threatening to take their hard-earned money.

These people try their best. They really do, you have to give them credit. They make claims that are unfounded, and threats that they can't keep. They claim to have video of a person using a specific card, from 9 years prior. No tapes are kept that long in any institution, and unless viewed by law enforcement, are re recorded every 30 days. They called me at my house, at one area code, and for no where so they called at my parents house, in a different area code. Then they're threatening to take me to court for fraud. Fraud? Fraud my Lilly white butt!!!!! There's no fraud, except on their part. I love to play stupid, and listen to their bs. They're threatening me in the wrong location, morons, in a town I haven't resided in for over 20 years. Good luck with that. They make claims about bankruptcies that are simply not true, just to scare people into paying. If you owe a debt, especially a credit card, it will be on your credit report if you fail to make payments. No one can be stupid enough to think that a bank isn't going to jack your credit if you don't pay. These so called law firms are the scum of the Earth, the lowest of the low, the lawyers are the D+ partiers that just squeaked by the bar exam. If they were any good, they would members of well known law firms. Fear not, they're threatening is bs. If they get a few suckers they make a few bucks. Remember that under our justice system you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Fraud? They have to prove intent, which is almost  to prove.

I just got a call from a Dale Birch with a threat to have my husband picked up for fraud for a debt back in January of 2008 from HSBC he could not at first tell me what for then he said leasing a car. I told him we never have leased cars. then he proceeded to give the cs.# and phone number to the HSBC fraud. I called them they did not have any record of any such thing. We have kept our bills pd. and we know we do not owe anything so I am not getting back in touch with this distrustworthy person.  So I blocked them from my phone. Good grief I wish these people could get caught somehow for their fraud that they accuse people of.

Mine hung up as well,, oh her name was Monica Dawson.  So what happens now.

These [***] are relentless. DO NOT be fooled. They keep calling about an alleged debt that was part of a bankruptcy, duh!!, they CAN'T collect on it, it's not part of the credit report. They rely on scare tactics and lies. Report them to Federal agencies and to your state's attorney general.

AMG called me several times stayngbthat I owe for a citizen bank credit card. They will not validate this debt nor give me any info but the amount $985 & CITI BANK credit card. They would not provide me with their mailing address or allow me to speak with someone in upper management.
