  i ordered from proactive today and my card was charged this morning and about 12 hours later. I called customer service and she told me nothing. i asked to speak to management and i was told i was not allowed.....are you serious? she told me that my account had not been created yet and i can not speak to a manager until it is. im sorry but if there is a problem i should be able to speak to someone. so i asked if i can cancel my order....again no!!! I am MAD...and for those who think that i did not read the website are wrong, i read it thouroghly and there is nothing that says that i can not speak to someone about a problem. The second you charge my bank account you better be able to talk to me about it

  They are a rip off. I have cancelled my account with this company and returned their product, and they are still taking monies out of my  account. The customer service is horrible, and very impolite.

  I work for proactiv and I am hating my job there I have another job and my manger ias bein a big baby about it and won't work me ans when I gice him my other schudule he says he has me workjn when I work ny other jib then he texts me on my personal phone yelling at me then when I had to call in a couple days ago I let him know 4 hours ahead of time and his words was " whatever your worthless anyways" that is not manger like at all I'm over working for proactiv solutions the worest cimpany tonwork for thanka to my manger!!!
