trying to scam me

I had taken a few payday loans out last year (because it was easy) and thought I would be able to handle them, but I was not able to and a couple of them went to collections. Check N Go sent mine to a collection agency I guess. I got a couple calls at work and did not answer then on my cell phone and the left a message saying she was "Ashley Banks from county proceesing summons division and that they are filing for a cad check with the intent to commit fraud" They will serve a warrant at my house or work if I dont contact 888-392-5753 ext 516.
Do I need to contact an attorney?

    Same now 2014 daniel baker,rude mess left on cell of relative an friends an threats,called by family an people i only know dont see often.leaving messages im being served.new scam associates of, Western sky ,cash call an goldstein associates ..illegal debt collection scam fraud,calling repeatedly,harass annoy.threatening dire conseqeguences,calling third party an family relating threatening messages....this man is a fraud...letting him know he has been served...their is state wide complaints contact,cfpb,consumer financial protection bureau...calif has a complaint in process.stop their harrassment,complain complain,never give personnel info..meet at attorney office or federal fbi dept..play their game get them back...
