Bought in 2014, front fridge rusted badley,,was told poor insulation. caused condensation to rust thru,,,cannot get thru to complain

There is a considerable amount of rust that has formed around the bleach dispenser. I have sprayed with appliance epoxy and it comes right back. This is obviously a manufacturing defect. This machine is loud and does not do a good job washing clothes. I will never purchase again.

It is unbelievable the top of this washer would rust out in 5 years. Whirlpool Customer Service would not support the product with any policy support leaving the owner with the option of replacing the top and dispensers for $400 or throwing the machine out, Given we always buy the washer and dryer...

Don't ever buy Whirpool appliances as they do not stand behind manufactured defects. $900.00 washer is rusting at seam of side panel. Lowes extended warranty does not cover repair.

I recommend not to buy this washer, you can.t even wash one blanket without re adjusting the load. This is my 3rd try and the blanket is still soaking wet. Plus this washer is the noisiest I,'ve ever had. Complete waste of money. DON'T BUY IT!!!!

This washing machine tears holes in my shirts! The holes are always in the front middle about 4" from the bottom of the shirt. My husband thought I was crazy or doing something wrong. I tried smaller loads, less spin, different temperatures and nothing helped. I have had to throw away many NEW tops!
