I recently looked at my credit card statement. I was charged $35.95 on Feb 28, 2012 for TREND MICRO virus soft ware and I did not order this! I want a refund ASAP! I have disputed this through my credit card company and will pursue it until I am refunded.

I HAVE A CHARGE OF 49.95 ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ON 3/1/2012 THAT I KNOW NOTING AVOUT EVEN WHAT IT IS. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
