I was duped into paying for a service that was not preformed on my computer.  I asked for three programs to be removed and Adobe Flash properly installed on my computer.  In fact I thought  I had or was in contact with the Adobe company.   I am in desperate need of  a refund of my money.   My  computer is not working properly and I am out $255.++.

so far my pc is working  like new  im going to give it another week to see if any problems show up. anyway in response to your complaint it seems to me you havent even tried to refund your money, did you read the agreement of the company refund policy?  maybe you did but you did not mention that you had tried to do that.  being shi%%# to some one else's option's when its the truth is just your reaction to defend your bad behavior by trying to make the other person the bad guy so you dont have to take responsibility for being caught being wrong.  dont let that upset you, im the same as you i only learn the hard way to.instead of seeing my part in the problem i love playing the victim instead i get attention when i act out and get self-righteous and not realizing how immature i look to other people. so i hope this will help you and yes the company might be bad but you cant complain until you have followed the company's protocols.  hang in there buy

Guruaid are Masters of the computer!! <> They've taken remote control of my comp several times & CORRECTED ALL THE PROBLEMS I was having <> Guruaid are Total Masters when it comes to helping people with computer problems! <>  There is one company located in the U.S. that fixes all comp problems also. They are very rude.  It is very difficult to get them to agree to give you a refund.

Hmm, Sean Kingston, that's not a very Indian name is it? I bet though you're not going to tell us your real Indian name.

When it comes to your employer though, I think I can guess that one, would it be GuruAid perchance?

Any organisation that relies on its own staff to leave fake plaudits like the illiterate ones you can see throughout this thread tells you all you need to know about that organisation: they are crooked scum!

Stephen, y r u acting like a dumb ass, if your issue wasnt fixed so did ya asked them fr a refund.
Its clearly mentioned on their home page that there is a 30 days money back guarantee.
I have been using them for past two years and they are great.
Instead of cribbing here like a stupid, do your job of asking the refund first.

Nobody should trust an unproven stranger they have just met on the internet, to take over their computer and files. Even if Guru aid is above board, there are several reasons why it isn't wise to use the services of an unproven stranger they have been tricked into using  on the internet
a). computer problems can be due to hardware as well as software causes and a good local technician can deal with both, whereas Guruaid can't help with hardware faults
      b) Most local technicians advertise a "no fix - no fee" service  . Paying Guru aid up front means that if they don't fix it is difficult to get a refund
      c) It is highly dangerous to allow a remote stranger, in India, to take over control your computer. They could introduce harmful programmes designed to draw you further into their clutches - or perhaps worse - could find their way into secure areas !!!!
      d) I was drawn in and realise how difficult it is to talk to a foreign technician for several hours while he or she plays with your system
      e) Can you trust them not to take further payments from your card?? Also,If you pay £100 or £300, up front for a contract, how certain is it that they will remain in business to honour the contract
