I have been called at least once every three weeks for charges or to close my account with these individuals. I tried to get theses to stop and I do not owe them anything. I want the calls to STOP.

Do not agree to anything. Do not even let them transfer you to the cancellation department it is all part of the scam. In order to cancel they want you to agree first and then drop the charges. They are just another scam company.
