I do not have a harassment complaint. I paid my debt of which was with Pay-Pal. I get this refund check back from Portfolio Recovery Associates. I called Portfolio and they said it was and adjustment check from Pay-Pal. I can't get any more information on why they sent this amount back to me as a refund. I have called Pay-Pal, Portfolio and have talked to about 16 idiots at Pay-Pal. They can't give me any information because it was an old Master Card Account that I no longer have and cancelled. I just want to know if it is safe to cash this check. Lord help me!

        The 28th is when the checks were mailed or when they made judgement? Also, how do I know if I am even getting a check, I submitted my claim prior to the due date.

      Bank wont cash it! Only a $30.68 ck but i believe the format is wrong. Probably done on purpose.  It was written on bank of the west. Another scam from the scamming scammers. Id like to see our fearless leader Trump tweet them a thing or 2

    Ivnt recieved my refund either. Portfolio took money out of my bank .then i was left with infusion fundsto the bank

        How do u kno how much ur getn for sure? Where did u find the info. I am also waiting on the same settlement check but Sure Not getn my hopes up. Ha! ESP when they don't hve Nothing "updated" on home page! Ridiculous how SO Many ppl wanna play & be full of crap like they hve Nothing Else better to do! Thts what's wrong with world now! It says not to call the lawyers or anyone else involved,..ALL RED FLAGS !

    My life was made miserable by these people, had my paycheck garnished two different times had to take loans to pay off debts that were over 15 years old that were supossedly already paid in a divorce
    decrement.  The filed all of this on public records. They started harassing me when I was trying to purchase a new home several years ago, I just paid them off not even knowing what the debt was about so I could get the mortage pushred through.  All together they wrenched over 7k from me for debt that I know that wasn't mine and fifteen year old debt that I thought was paid that was in my ex hisbands name. I have not received any settlement check but surely deserve one.
