CDWS was the biggest scam.  I had the warranty for about 5 months and had gone 4,000+ miles when my fan clutch and heater core went out on me.  I contacted CDWS to see if I could take it to the dealer to have it checked out.  They told me yes.  So when I did the michanic found that my heater core was going out and my fan clutch was also almost toast.  Then when the mechanic countacted CDWS and told them the problem they said no we will not pay for what is covered he asked why and got no response.  I myself have tried to contact them and have got hung up on givin wrong numbers, and treated rudely.  If anyone else has been treaded this way or been scamed by this company then let me know my email is sharkasurf@comcast.net  I would love to file a class action lawsuit against this company, and get them shut down.  Thanks

I just had the same crap happen to me! Deluxe coverage means nothing!I have a f250 my plan says any oiled part is covered!!! My high pressure pump line was damaged to make long story short without oil pressure the truck will not run!So how can they say its not covered? I have talked to Steve and Justin they told me it was under review!no call back ended up paying for the repair $665.41 Eundurance will not reimburse you if you pay for the repair! I hope someone will start a lawsuit and hopefully they will close the doors!!!!!!!

My mechanic tried multiple times with CDW to get a simple water pump replaced.  I bought a $1,500 warranty through AA Auto Warranty...not knowing that the warranty was serviced by CDW.  They have never returned any calls or online inquiries from me or from my mechanic over the past several years.  trying to get my money back from AA now, but we will see how much, if any, they give back after I followed their cancellation instructions.  CDW is a joke and should be forced out of business.

I'vd never had a problem since i bought the plan in 2008., untill I tried to put in a claim for my 2002 Dodge ram.  I or the dealership could get a reply from any of the web sights or phone numbers. It cost me $1080 plus what I paid CDWS. I was taken also.  I would be interested joining a class action lawsuit

    CRIMINAL FRAUD
AA AUTO WARRANTY: 888.222.4445   Sold me a worthless CDWS Policy "cause it was the best."

The CDWS screwed us all to hell and back.

Today I spoke with AA: "CDWS is the worst. they hurt people. we will not sell it."  Nor will they stand behind what they sold and made a profit on.

AA Auto Warranty is as much to blame for criminal fraud In my opinion because they sold it. If we all go after these guys through the Attorney General and Consumer Protection in various states, maybe we can get something back.
