I dialed this number by accident trying to reach another company.  The gentleman who answered the phone immediately told me I was selected to receive a $500 grocery gift card.  He convinced me that it was free of charge with no obligation.  I gave him my work address and then he asked for a credit card to pay the $6.95 shipping and handling fee.  I told him I did not have one because I sure as hell wasn't going to give him my credit card!  He argued with me and was very rude and that was the end of the conversation.  THIS IS SCAM...DON'T FALL FOR IT!

This is simply hilarious... If any of you had even heard what the reps were saying then perhaps you'd have a semblance of reality.. The reps never ever say "purchase" or anything that implies cash value.. Funnily enough, majority of the people who call into these "misdials" do not realize that they aren't speaking to the company they wanted to reach originally, will honk back on the same number multiple times.. Heck, some of the reps even say "Hang up and redial the "correct" number" but no one gets it.. If any of you bothered listening to what the reps say you'd never have anything to complain about..

"If any of you had even heard what the reps were saying then perhaps you'd have a semblance of reality.."
      @$$hole, what they say is:
"Sir, the lines have been busy and you were transferred to the rewards hotline AFTER WE ARE DONE, you can simply hang up and re-dial the number to be connected..."

if you question them at this point they will answer with:

"Sir, the lines have been busy and you were transferred to the rewards hotline AFTER WE ARE DONE, you can simply hang up and re-dial the number to be connected..."

I was called  from a number out of Ky.. I was told I was eligible for a 100$ gift card for shopping then a 40$ gift card for gas.. I was told it was 2.95$ for shipping I have my card number then was sent to a superviser to confirm the package delivery. As I was trying to understand her I realized that I should just hang up.. Thinking it ended the process. They called 2 more times I did not answer so I checked my card & 3$ was taken off.. So I called them to ask why it was taken off when I received nothing .. He argued then told me that I would get my package after paying 5.95$ in shing fee .. I said U will not get my card number again & I want to speak to a supervisor.. He said all the lines were busy & continued to ask for my card# .. I ask for company name & address so he gave it to me. After that he hung up on me!! A COMPLETE SCAM!!

      Jack Anderison,
You are a liar and a thief just as is everyone involved in this scam.  I didn't fall for it but my 85 year old mother, living on a fixed income, did and it wasn't discovered until 3 months after it started.  There are several numbers you can call that give you the same response as when you call the one in our post Jack.  They say something about a 9 digit number that can be found in the confirmation email you received.  That is pretty much impossible since my 85 year old mother not only doesn't have an email address but doesn't even know what email is.

How is it that Ocenture's CEO, Fraser Burns, can get away with this?  Someone should let the Jacksonville press know just what Ocenture really does.  Or better yet, pay ole Fraser a visit.

I meant to call my cable company, and I miscalled. The lady was very dishonest and tried to represent the cable company. This company should be stopped. They got my name and partial address before I hung up. What international scam artists. 866-247-2623

If something sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. I was trying to call Microsoft and an Indian lady answered the phone saying I was entitled to a $100 Visa gift card. All I had to do to earn this gift card was to pay a $6 shipping fee and send her my credit card information. Why the hell was I entitled to $100? I didn't do anything to help this company! Why wouldn't they reward you for nothing with $94 and scratch the shipping fee? Anyone with a bit of common sense knows that something isn't right here. There's a sucker born every minute, don't be one of them.

Received a card in the mail today that said I could claim a $100 Visa gift card that I could use to shop anywhere.
I asked a few questions and he answered them. Then he said he would need my credit/debit card number for $5.95 shipping. I them asked why it was so much to mail a gift card and told him to take the shipping charge out of the gift card. He then got very rude and demanded my card number. I hung up.
