Universal Survey Center keeps calling our phone even after we requested them not to call us. (Calls from 1-646-467-6665). We would like to request FTC to list our phone number (301-279-5477) so that Universal Survey Center will not call us again.
I did a Google Search and found that many people report similar complaints against this organization. The web address below lists many similar complaints.

The next phone call from your people, and I am going to reverse the procedure, and do my own survey on her. It will be very ugly, too!

taking the survey DOES NOT STOP THE CALLS!!!!!  It might stop the calls from one phone number but there are numerous numbers that call under the same title: universal survey.  All taking the survey does is let them know you will take a survey.

I work at Universal survey center. I can agree that the calls become harassing. Or rather the call backs are harassing. What the people who complain fail to realize is that like alot of companies there's called a chain of command. The people who call you ("harass you") are what u would consider to be the pawns of the company. There's nothing we really can do at that desk. We have very limited options. We don't even dial the numbers, the computers randomly dial out for us. As an current interviewer myself, I can say the way people talk to me on the phone has a lot to do with what time and day I (as mandated to do) set their call back time. Would you curse/yell/insult/threaten a person whom u just ordered your food from? Are you a person who likes to complain about your community/politicians/society etc? If so, try taking a survey. It's someone/ some company/ some politician in your community who is PAYING Universal Survey Center to "harass" you. Do some complete research before just pointing fingers & playing the blame game. Obviously some company (clients) is paying Universal to give them a certain number of complete surveys, they are looking for feedback, especially from the complainers. Again, yes I agree the call backs can be harassing BUT as one whos on the other end of that phone, the disrespect can be overwhelming too. It's a job & someone's got to do it.

I work nights.  I explained that if the caller would give me their home phone number I would call them at 3:30AM - during my own lunch break - and take the survey.  I don't see anything unreasonable about my request since the caller had no qualms about calling and waking me up in the middle of my night. Yet the Universal Call Center hung up on my very reasonable request. Go figure. I bend over backwards to help and the Universal Harassment Center hung up. Universal Survey Center can kiss my butt.

If I tell a company not to call me they have an obligation not to call me otherwise it is indeed harassment.  I am going to start recording their calls to me and forward copies to my Attorney General's office. I will start the call with "I am recording this call" to keep it perfectly legal.

And you are wrong MannersCANGoALongWay, no one has to do that job.  When someone from your employer calls me and wakes me up I am under no obligation to be polite.  Nothing is ruder than calling me at my home and demanding that I wake up to take your survey. Surprise, I can be rude too. Why don't I turn off my phone? Because my mother is 80, that's why. I shouldn't have to ignore her during an emergency just because your company won't take me, or anyone else, off their precious call list. You deserve all the disrespect that you get.

DOES ANYONE KNOW MIKE LEFKOWITZ'S COMPLETE NAME, APPX. AGE, AREA OF RESIDENCE OR ACTUAL ADDRESS, PRIVATE CELL AND HOME PHONE NUMBER, ANY DATA GLEENED FROM LINKEDIN ETC.?  PLEASE SHARE!

YOU CAN CALL THE 212-391-5243 NUMBER AND DIAL 5335694 (LEFKOWITZ) AND LEAVE A MESSAGE IN HIS(?) MAILBOX.

I am not anal enough YET to use something like "SPOKEO.COM" and others to jack his ass up; but, people like this should exponentially experience the same frustration they cause!

    What do you think Mike!

I have been working for this company for a month and I tell you, it is very depressing to work there. The working conditions, even the bathrooms are terrible. You are constantly being micromanaged by supervisors and PLs. They walk along aisles like prison guards and get on your neck ALL THE TIME to meet their quotas or else they make you go home early. Some are condescending at best, others completely rude. Also when you call people to complete surveys most of them are very unwilling. They would yell at you, curse you out for calling them. You are treated like slave animals on the field. If you don't produce, they will give you a problem no doubt. You can't go anywhere even to the bathroom withour being stalked and harassed for taking a five minute bathroom break. These people are so wretched and deplorable. DON'T EVER WORK FOR THAT PLACE. IT'S NOT WORTH EARNING A MINIMUM WAGE FOR.

They called us 5 times this afternoon, from different numbers.  The last time I answered.  I told him they had called 5 times today and to stop calling.  He said " then answer your f*cking phone and we won't" !!!  Can I report this to someone?

So far, from reading posts offered by any person who "claims" to work for Universal Surveys, these folks are either immigrants or poorly educated US citizens with the grammar skills of a 4th grader.  If you don't want them to call - just don't answer or simply do a "pick up and hang up". . .sooner or later your number will drop off the auto-dialer and you can go on to another of these annoying pseudo-telemarketers.

Are you all serious. These people are nasty and extremely rude. They all sound like they're from another country. I've asked them to stop calling and they said they're not going to stop calling and one guy had an evil laugh and I hung up.
