    DON'T UNDERSTAND
You realized in Canada that it was all lies. HOW? Details please. Did you try to go on vacation? Or did you just 'realize' this on your sofa?

      Hi,
I too bought this package in the Bahamas and actually loved it there and wanted to return there again.
After inquiring about returning to Bahamas I was told that the package does not include daily taxes and
electricity bill that will need to be paid on a daily basis.  This is roughly $125.00 per night.... Wow
now I can't afford to go back unless I do not use the program that I paid $10,000. for.

Why was I not told of these charges up front????? I really want to believe that I have not been taken
and try to plan a trip.  Still feeling uneasy and hoping to proven wrong.

    Well Now
For 2000+ you got a free trip to Cozumel and had a wonderful time through Royal Holiday. I am now convinced that we need to hear the other side of the story concerning the complaints listed on this site.

I hope I get a change to tell my story in public, things I discovered about 'RHC'... meaning things/people behind 'RHC' etc... For me it is not only a scam, its based more or less on illegacy as far as I understand anything about world laws and regulations.

These guys are excellent at the game, once away from them I immediately regretted my Royal Holiday purchase and spend another 1/2 day at the resort in the Bahamas cancelling the package -- I was assured that nothing would be charged to my credit card  -- the Director, which I suspect is posting most of the positive comments on this site -- assured me of his and the companies honesty and integrity...... well I have a charge on my credit card for Royal Holiday that I am disputing.  I thought of cancelling my card when I returned but didn't .... should have.

I tell you what laws they violated. If not all I really wonder! False information full of everywhere. Lying, misleading, methods used - they are all violating any law in the world... or the law sucks if it accepts all this - the methods used that customer hasnt time to read the contract which beside bases on just a lie anyway. Misleading that the contract is based on what the representative just told but has actually nothing to do with spoken word. That violated any laws in the world! LYING!

I've been a member for 4 years now, and just returned from vacation in the Bahamas.  It is what you put into it.  Are there problems, yes.  Is it perfect, no.  However, I've enjoyed my membership and vacations.  The only scam is that some people sign up and then don't use their membership to it's fullest.  Shame on them.

Thats not true. If you are the lucky one - well congrats! Im not.

Some things work for some people some things dont. And making business by playing 'hide and seek' plus a lying game, I dont think thats worth it.

I guess to americans its more normal though - lying games.

When you know the name of the game - you survive. You play with the same rules they play. Lying is equil to truth, theres no difference.

Thats a game real businessmen play to gain money. ANd after they fooled people enough they can start to build much wider business schemes out of that money, but in this business they have to protect their real identities - or they cant transfer that money they stole from account to account without anyone to noticing it. But faceless tie -men/women also, they know all the tricks.. people well protected. International financing systems with trustees to protect. Actually those might be the places which make the biggest frauds in the world to ordinary people. Well protected.

.... and thats what holiday clubs are about. Tie -men playing with our money - money they stole by abusing people doing these tricks to us. People in Caribbean (third world), you lie just to get few buks. And if problem arrives this person is fired - its his/her fault. Thats how real business men play thier game, they take the profits though - huge ones.. Like those diamond mills... lead/owned by rich countries, and just using the locals as slaves to work for them. They dont gain money - just a penny a day, but instead the owner.... WOW! Thats what business is alike - and fraktial business is getting pretty close to that I quess :). Holiday clubs -business. Huge profits, I tell ya! But not to those frontiers... they are the ones 'people behind' sacrifies to protect themselves and not to be discovered - hiding the truth. And if this goes to court, these issues, they always have tricks to win the battle - they are lawyers... they know the laws, they abuse the company forms created to their own purposes.... just every single holes not to be found. No names.

But they do a serious crime to us by doing it. And thats how I see it all now. Just got too involved in this business as a member, who never actually got anything out of anything..

And whats ridigulous here is that they call it legal.

... but then the tie -men play it fair, they are standing behind their real identities. They take responsibility for what they are doing. And thats what real business is alike - legal/honorable business.

    Nothing to hide from us.

RHC has nothing to show to us, accually not a thing thats true.... no names, no accounting information, no company information with names on it, not real information about its history, nothing exists actually there. And thats a fraud.

Many holiday clubs are actually just a one huge organization... how they are related, how they were established... but instead of that public information we get we are fooled by their lies about the company... everything.. just [***] - made up stories. It seems to be a legal, it seems to be the truth, but.... They mix things... information... everything. They are good in it. Just to make a circle of Holiday Clubs which will be a fraktual fraud -thing one day - global one thing... which it has been quite a long time already, but because of the regulations in the world they have to hide so much still.... And so many of us just pays for 'almost nothing' when you get fooled into this system. It will cost you much more than to travel otherwise - and thats why they lie...

Its like a prison youre in without a backdoor to get rid of your contracts when you realize whats its all about. A huge lie. But the contracts are made watertided - at least thats what they are up to doing. They can obviously do what ever but if the contract is made very carefully, you have a huge battle if you want to get rid of the club...

And theres always this backdoor to 'them' - they just disappear existing. Tricks they use.... no identities.

And what comes to this RHC/Pablo Gonzalez... is he really in responsible for what happens to RHC members. We dont know how these contracts between different parties are made... what is the real structure of the company... forms used... parents... sisters... and like stocks they are always easy to sell, and thus get of rid of your ownership....

Owners rent us those properties, so owner can always sell its shares and disaapear from the market - and thats their backdoor even when they show up to us with their names...  But we have no idea about how these things work, its all hidden secret from us. WE DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS if something happens - 'bankrupcties' or... and thats why they want us to pay our shares at once - its more money to them in short period... then they might disappear. There billions of loses to this business only in Europe - people who trust the system... the representatives. Its a money maker... and how many other hotels f.e. have been built out of that money people never got back... because... because... just a bull..

And the reason why someones are rich nowadays. They are called business men, and they know all the tricks, how to gain profits fast with financing plans helping them - internationan financing systems behind to create the plans... trustees to cover/protect.. money making machines.

I really like to start investigations about these frauds happening to people. At least my case is big enough alone to start some investigations, so..

Am I giving away a huge money for me, or Am I fighting to get it back? I have chosen the last option. It a crime happened to me by these money makers... They mixed too many things to be discovered. I realized the name of the game. They gave me a key to understand...
