Sorry about my english... and i know theres honest people/business men along this business as well, but the other side of the story. We have to have rules against these frauds in the world - we must have protection as well as the 'renters' of those properties/accomodations. There has to be a system built to protect us much better.

Now FTNC/IFG made a crime to me - Id call it stealing money, and I want it all back with some extra because the scale of the issue happened to me. Id all it a big mistake made by them. Theres nothing legal...

I dont exist to anyone after 'they' got my 14.000,00.... and thats all because actually I dont belong RHC Mexico according to them  I quess :)... but theres no other places existing anymore anyway, so... meaning RHC Europe.. or... only FNTC.

So because they fraudulently collected my money, Im sure they will pay it back to me as well with the lost interest and other expenses...

There is not one thing why they made a mistake with my case - theres actually about 50 things to tell in court..

I dont know what the judge things about this case though, but Im totally surprised if theres a change I could lose the battle. But if I need to fight IFG, theres a huge opportunity to lose it though, and its in that case a high court matter anyway. Im not afraid of losing....

And my english skills... :))). Well... :)

Is there really a lot of satisfied members of RHC nowadays? If there is - good for RHC... but please, no hiding games anymore. I know you serve americans better, because this 20/20 and theres a whole bunch of members there, but here in Europe... no members (?)... if you dont count this Club La costa ;)..so you must count on that Im sort of alone here, and its ok for you just to take my money I guess, but well...

In RHC's sake I hope it legally exists here in Europe.

I tried to start investigations out of this a year ago or so, but the police wasnt that interested in the case I guess. They only told this to be a civil court matter.

But after talking to lawyers briefly though, they told me to be a waste of time and money to try to take this to court in Caribbean f.e.

I dont believe they are in EU legally, I have doubts about taking RHC to court inside EU. I have asked information from RHC, but never got any - the company information, the legal one.

And I only found (in net) registration information about RHC which is almost equal to IFG to me. So... I lost the battle, but it doenst change the fact that they stole my money. And fir me IFG should be the one investigated .

I apolozise if Im wrong here, but IFG means for me the link this worldwide holiday club business. Cayman Islands - Switzerland - USA - England/Isle of Man - Ireland (?) - Mexico - Caribbean generally (f,e, british territories). Sort of 360 degree business. But how legal?

All the places mixed in my case but not a mention about EU laws in my contract.

For me its IFG which makes it possible. Somehow they legalize the system (?)

To be more specific - I believe its IFG embloyees, not the company IFG necessarily..

IFG international to be even more spesific :). At least they scammed me by lying and then banning me. I got an email (two) from them a long time ago, but no undersigned (usually every email has the name of sender under), but they didnt. And emails werent propriate anyway... they were very odd, like a scammer (a real one) would have sent them. Could has been someone using IFG email also (?). Hard to tell.

    .....
And I hope Embassy of Mexico here in Finland is helping me through this by giving me all the missing information, which is not foundable for us.

About this company's validity to function worldwide.

Theres very weird information to discover I tell ya... and I believe this fraud happened to me will open a gate to the deeper secrets used in this business.

The roots go.... high, meaning occupations of people who run this behind the curtain.

    Scammed by Royal Holiday
There are SOOOOO many people that would help against a civil case against Royal Holiday.  The biggest hurdle is the Mexican government has to be involved.
We contacted a lawyer that works on larger civil cases.  But they wouldn't take the case because it was through the Mexican government.
We would help support the cause.  If we can get more members involved we would have a greater case.

I went on a presentation on my last vacation and joined before finding this site.  Had I seen this site first, I would never have signed up with Royal Holiday.  Unlike anything I've read here, my experience with the Club has been amazing.  I've already begun to vacation with my credits and have gotten great service and everything I was promised in my contract.  I did further research and found that this company has been given an A rating by the BBB.  Here's the link I found on google:

    http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/busines ... ami-fl-17000729

This is not been a scam for me and by sending family and friends on vacations through Royal Holiday, I have already gotten my first year maintenance fee waived.  Wooohooo!!  Plus, my first free vacation is already booked and for the holidays I will be traveling to Europe.  So I'm loving it.  So far, so good.

In the week of July 18th 2011 my fiance and I visited Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. On the 2nd day we found ourselves in a Royal Holiday orientation at the Bavaro Princess Resort. Unfortunately after 4 hours of extremely aggressive sales tactics and numerous free drinks, we found ourselves signing contracts. Since then we have returned home feeling completely schemed by the number of salesman we encountered that day. We have tried contacting RHC on numerous occasions after finding out we were blatantly lied to by salesman Jason Rodriguez(boss Steven Mcphee) with statements on specific hotels that are FALSE and deliberate LIES. WE were told by RHC just days later that they can do nothing for us and there is "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD" so we cannot cancel. We are unable to get anywhere with this company. Not one representative there will return calls or do as they say. They have lied saying they tried to resolve our case, but that statement is a derogatory one as it never happened. We are seeking our down payment of nearly 2,000 dollars to be refunded and our nearly 9,000 contract to be null and void considering it DOES NOT truly offer what was promised to us that day by a handful of salesman. We currently have a long open case through the BBB over the past 8 weeks and I will fight many more hours forwarding my statements to every fathomable being that can help our case including but not limited to:PROFECO, Federal Trade Commission,Federal Reserve Consumer Help,Department of Transportation, Florida&California General Attorney, and the DEA to report the drug use that day by our salesman during this 4 hour ordeal. I will not stop until this company does the right thing and I will do all that I can to ruin the Royal Holiday Club name. Will keep all updated. Anyone looking to share on this experience and have found themselves victims of this Royal Holiday Club feel free dollarhide@myway.com

We purchased a 15000 point plan almost 20 years ago! In the begining it was enoug to go off season to Cancun three times a year. In later years we would skip a year an roll over points for a single more luxurious unit.  Six years upgraded adding more points. The best thing is it was paid off years ago. I work for an airline and fly almost free. We teravel and stay all over. Not a scam. No doubt the sales tactics leave something to be desired but with cost of living inc, reases, it is now a better deal than ever!

You buy a membership and you use the credits that come included in your Membership Level and you use these credits or points to plan a vacation. You should close your account immediately if have not done so, and let the credit card company know about your situation.  I cancelled the contract within 7 days and called the credit card company immediately, this was in November.  The account was closed.  However, this month Jan 2012, there is a $250 charge on the closed account posted Nov 25.  I complained to the credit card company again and informed them that it is a fraudalent charge - they are investigating.  I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, Miami Florida, and let them know of the fraudalent charges.  Two Miami sales reps still kept calling me and sending e-mail after I cancelled the contract, and asking for the down payment.  The calls finally stopped.  MIAMI OFFICE AND NASSAU OFFICE ARE RUN BY THE SAME PEOPLE!!! CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD!  IF YOU ARE WITH A GOOD CREDIT CARD COMPANY, THEY CAN HELP!
