This is to bring into your notice that I have applied for a prepaid to postpaid conversion of my cell no. on last Monday dated 26 November, 2007 but it has not been activated till date.
The executive came to my office took the documents and said he has processed the documents firstly he told me a wrong bill plan and secondly he is not co-operating in this matter.
Apart from that he has not provided me any cash receipt against the payment of Rs500.
I already addressed this issue but no response is coming.
The Channel partner is TALK MAX in CP Landline NO 011-43574810. Despite co-operating they are misbehaving with the customer how can Airtel make such careless people as their channel partner.
I'm going to sue Airtel and Talk max both as this has harassed me given me mental torture, tension and pain.

My cell number id 9871355568. I am not subscrive any service/ received any call from airtel today(24-01-08) on my cell. At 13:10:28 I received a message " Dear Customer, Rs 25 has been charged for Subscription of missed You services for the current month" Sender: 4775, Message center: +919810051914.
When I talked to with Airtel Customer service officer Mr. Ajay by dialing 9810012345 at 15:45 hrs for know the reason of Deduction of credit for unwanted services without request now Mr. Ajay said, the service is activated as per ypur request. When I complained that I never request or subscribe that service he told me that, he is unable to provide the detail because his server is down for 24 Hrs & says to send the SMS on 121 to received the detail information & unsubscribe the service. Now I am send the SMS to 121 as per Mr. Ajay's request/Customer care officer but no response from Airtel.
Without my request or my knowledge Airtel have deducted for Subscription of missed call. It had been noticed that lot of unwanted sms stuffs and invitation calls are received which disturbs during office recehours / meetings. Expecting a better service from this mobile service provider in future. In name of entertainments please dont fool the customers by deducting from the credits without their knowledge or acceptance.
Please unsubscribe the missed call service and return my Deduction amount.

My name is Manoj and my airtel prepaid connection no.is 09973462291.On
15.02.2008 "AIRTEL MUSIC STATION ON DEMAND" was activated on my
number without any request from me and Rs.30 was charged.when I complained
(complain no.021611405500)on 16.02.2008 consumer care executive from AIRTEL
accepted the fault and AIRTEL returned back Rs 30 to me after a few days.now on
16.03.2008 again I received a SMS from airtel that this time "AIRTEL COMEDY
ON DEMAND" has been renewed on my number and Rs 30 was charged again.After
that I complained (complain no.031726058700)on 17.03.2008,then I was told by
the customer care excutive that I would get back Rs 30 within 24 hours.After
that I talked to customer care almost daily.Today on 21.03.2008 I was given
another reminder no.032106212200 at about 09 AM and about 11.50AM I received a
SMS from Airtel that "YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED FROM OUR END".
But till this moment I was neither returned Rs 30 charged wrongly nor Airtel is
ready to accept its fault.Now this is the service of AIRTEL mobile operator
company.And being a consumer I find myself being cheated regularly and mentaly
harassed by the company.
We Had taken 9 postpaid connection in airtel enterprises services in the name of WIN TECHNOLOGIES under CUG 150Plan(Unlimited CUG)Plus unlimited National SMS FOR 7 NOS and othr 2 nos hav othr schemes, but our Bills wer not caculated well and makes much diffrents in amount. So I request you kindly do some favour to get exact bills to use the Nos, A nd please cut the service for the no 9791007127, since our staffs not using that no.

I am a Srinagar based journalist, I need to connect my pc/laptop to Internet through my Airtel prepaid but this facility is not available so for, kindly tell me that howlong we have to wait?
Rs. 304.28 have been cut from my balance and when I complained I was told that I have downloaded some games from Airtel Live,
Now I am helpless and feel cheated because I have not downloaded anything moreover I even did not use any of the service.
Nobody is ready to listen or accept anything .I am planning not to stop using Airtel and switch to other operator
could you please tell me what is the steps and formalities to convert the airtel prepaid to post paid? how long it take sto activate it?

I have been using the above mentioned Airtel Prepaid Phone service for the past ------years/months.
On 31.07.2008 and 02.08.2008 I received some unsolicited SMS from Airtel Live stating that if interested I can download the stipulated messages for which cost will be deducted from my account. After reading the messages I deleted them as I was not interested.
To my shock and surprise I found that Rs.50/(Rupees Fifty only) & Rs.99/-(Rupees Ninety nine only) were deducted on the above mentioned two dates even without downloading the messages. In this regard, when I contacted the Customer Care Office at Palayamkottai, they also had confirmed after verifying with their records that there was no downloading of the said messages’s contents, but they cannot help me out in giving credit of the unauthorized deduction and they advised me to approach the head office. Hence this letter.
Please note that I have read the incoming message only and not downloaded anything as given in the messages. Please ensure that I am given credit of 149/-(Rupees One hundred and forty nine only) unauthorized deduction from my account for no fault of mine.
If I am not given credit of the same, I will be constrained to approach appropriate authorities to sort out the issue.
Please revert.

Rs. 05.00 have been deducted from my airtel pre-paid account and I complained this problem to your customer care but till date no action has been taken from your end. This problem is persisting for the last six-seven months and everyday I am losing money.
Now I am helpless and feel cheated because I have not downloaded anything moreover I even did not use any of the services offerd by you.

I purchased Airtel postpaid I choose one number & told her.but my Prepaid converted in to postpaid by her mistake. I inform her. This is your mistake & she is agreed. she apologize me & request me to go to Airtel gallery I went Airtel gallery in Airtel gallery executive confirm with Rita then Rita admitted her mistake & executive request to her send a mail further process till now. But she do not send a mail. without mail Airtel take didn't any action They said we can't help you first you tell dealer send a email after we sole your problem. But dealer not receive my phone I don't know dealer address I know only her mobile no. her mobile no. is 9867046381/82. So what I do. I need your help

More than 9 Rs. per mint I have been deducted from my airtel pre-paid account,Every time i do international call. sometimes i lose Rs 100 without real call just hear it ringing and after I stop it,i have been deducted. I complained this problem to airtel office in hyderabad, but they told me to contact customer care i did but till date no action has been taken in this problem. This problem is persisting and everyday I am losing money.
I request you to sort out this problem otherwise I'll stop using Airtel and switch to Vodafone

I am haveng the many problem regarding network in my shop area mandvi (baroda,gujarat) from along time, we can not talk also in the shop if we talk our phone cuts, i have done many complain form this no but still nothing steps r taken so pleasue i requset you to take some action regarding my problem as soon as possible. And if you can not do any thing regarding this problem so pleasue inform us so we change our sim card company to vodafone.

This is to complain about my newprepaid no.9878904401 bought from Sultanpur Lodhi,Kapurthala from Mr.Chawla, the dealer of airtel services of the area.The number was bought on 26 June 2009. the sim was not activated .It neither saved contacts nor it could receive messages.We tried to solve this problem with the dealer/distributor on contact no.9872404553 but he neither uploaded the ID on net nor he paid attention to our complaints.Its been now and 15 days and no response has ben shown.

1 Please note, the migration was to the same subscriber; under the same name, same billing address, same phone number, same SIM card number.
1.1 All documents required [as mentioned on the Migration Form AND by the representatives at Airtel Outlet] had been submitted [on 05/08/09 and 11/08/09 respectively]
1.2 Re-charge amounts of Rs.198 per number have been submitted.
1.3 Post submission, extra documents were required [as directed by phone calls from Airtel]. They have also been submitted, in person.
1.4. Please note, the requirement of these extra documents was never mentioned in any form or at the Airtel Outlet initially.
2. were initially activated [on different dates].
2.1 Both numbers were threatened to be de-activated [by Airtel official calls] citing “incomplete documentation” as reason.
3. To prevent [2.1]:
3.1 Subscriber has visited Airtel Outlet no less than 4 times.
3.2 Subscriber has had conversations with Airtel officials [of various ranks] no less than 10 times.
3.3 Subscriber has been assured of non-deactivation on every occasion.
3.4 Subscriber has been assured by Airtel that no further documentation is necessary.
4. Post [3.], both numbers were activated [on different dates].
5. On 21/08/09 all outgoing calls were barred on both numbers.
5.1 Reason cited was again “incomplete documentation”.
5.2 As a result, users of the above mentioned numbers have missed job appointments, professional appointments, educational appointments and social appointments resulting in financial loss and severe mental trauma.
6. With respect to [5.2] what financial damages can I seek from Airtel under legal supervision?
I have been using the airtel prepaid, I just want to convert it to the corporate sim postpaid with the same #. My mob no. is 9791048039
