Airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion

This is to bring into your notice that I have applied for a prepaid to postpaid conversion of my cell no. on last Monday dated 26 November, 2007 but it has not been activated till date.

The executive came to my office took the documents and said he has processed the documents firstly he told me a wrong bill plan and secondly he is not co-operating in this matter.

Apart from that he has not provided me any cash receipt against the payment of Rs500.

I already addressed this issue but no response is coming.

The Channel partner is TALK MAX in CP Landline NO 011-43574810. Despite co-operating they are misbehaving with the customer how can Airtel make such careless people as their channel partner.

I'm going to sue Airtel and Talk max both as this has harassed me given me mental torture, tension and pain.

    This is to bring into your notice that I have applied for a prepaid to postpaid conversion of my cell no. on dated 05 December, 2009 but it has not been activated till date. Nobody is ready to listen or accept anything. I , therefore, request you to sort out this problem otherwise I will have to stop using Airtel and switch to other operator.I am from Baramulla Kashmir

    I recently procured Nokia 5130 'express music'.  Airtel Live sent MMS & Mobile Office settings and adviced to save the same.

    On 19th dec. I was prompted to browsing, and when I was browsing games, I received three messages indicating deduction of Rs. 99+75+99 totaling to Rs. 273/-.  In addition, airtel is also charging 'Browsing Charges' which at the time of sending settings says no browsing charges will be levied. The message says "You pay no monthly rent, activation or browsing charges"  

    I sent SMS to 54321 which showed the deductions and also to 121 and 9845098450 to look into the matter. But instead of solving problems, from 121 a list of services are sent sans solving complains.

    will some one help in this reg.

    Sub: LOSS OF BUSSINESS USING YOUR AIRTEL
    I am P.Ranganathan My no. is 9944922202..    
    My area is Chinnavadempatti COIMBATORE-641006.
     The following are my major drawbacks using your airtel prepaid connection.
    * 6 months tower problem.
    * Lot of interruption while speaking, like call has been cut while speaking (not 1 time.. many times in a minute, beep long beep sound etc.,)
    * if I use to dial a number which i called just before.. I will be getting a msg as CONNECTION ERROR for 10-12 attempts. So that I am getting mind distraction..
    * If I dial a number when the receiver picks up the call. The call has been broken within a minute SO THAT I WAS CHARGED A LOT.
    * HERE I AM ACCOMPLLISHING A LOT AND LOT OF SINNAL PROBLEM
    * I have to search and run for tower hear and there..

        On 07-01-2k10 I’ve complaint about all the above mentioned complaints (complaint no. 0107222451).
    But they said indoor problem for your company. And also they said to wait to resolve the problem. Customer care was not responding properly for my complaints.
    On 21-1-2k10 they gave a nodal officer number(9952434865). I cannot contact her even I am trying for weeks. Once I got line. She too said the same answer like “soon your problem will be solved”. But no further actions ha been taken.

    I am using my number for my business use.. I’ve spent 4-5 lakhs to advertise this number.
    Because of these problems many of my customers are not availing business for me.
    A big loss for me because of these problems.
          My request is please provide me a small antenna like to resolve the problem inside my area. Many connections are here using airtel. (A few numbers are 9003342908,9003342906,9677740009,9894219311,9894614583) So please fulfill my needs
