This is to bring into your notice that I have applied for a prepaid to postpaid conversion of my cell no. on last Monday dated 26 November, 2007 but it has not been activated till date.

The executive came to my office took the documents and said he has processed the documents firstly he told me a wrong bill plan and secondly he is not co-operating in this matter.

Apart from that he has not provided me any cash receipt against the payment of Rs500.

I already addressed this issue but no response is coming.

The Channel partner is TALK MAX in CP Landline NO 011-43574810. Despite co-operating they are misbehaving with the customer how can Airtel make such careless people as their channel partner.

I'm going to sue Airtel and Talk max both as this has harassed me given me mental torture, tension and pain.

    As it says No.1 network in India. But at the customers point of view its a worst service. Airtel does not rectifies the problems of customers/users.

    My number is : +91-9632489745.

    2 months back, some guys from Airtel called asking for the prepaid to postpaid conversion. They had collected my documents, money of 350/- and till now, they haven't converted. Even I had received the message from Airtel(Ax-Info) that my number has been registered for the postpaid and will be activated once the address verification is done. I received this SMS on 19th September. And till now, there is no response.

    I wanted to bring this notice to you questioning whether these are fraud calls

     My cell number id 9903550444. I am not subscrive any service/ received any call from airtel till 02.04.2012 on my cell. when i cheked message (02.04.12) i recv. a message " Dear Customer, Rs 1 per day has been charged. I want to deactivate the SMS alert & also stop the incoming call alert from your site.

    So, pls. stop the SMS alert & incoming call alert as soon as possible.

    I am fedup with the services of airtel prepaid services. I do not knowt how the airtel deducted the money from my account for unsubcried services.  I have never subscribed any services for which the  payment is to be deducted from my account.  It is illegal and I must file a case with Consumer Court how the money is deducted from my prepaid amount  without  any written consent to airtel from my side.  Please look into and discontinue the unwanted deduction from my account.   My Mobile No. is 8130565380.

    My postpaid no is 9962884472. I have recharged the no of my family members(9500829978,9789191661) the value is rs 200, rs 200 through your airtel website and justrechargeit.. but I have not yet received the amount in my mobile..

    I have tried so many times to your customer care(121 5 2) through my post-paid number(9962884472) but no use with your useless customer support team.

    If you really having the recording facility, please go through the conversation. I am really wondered that how ur company managing the customers with the useless customer team members and ur system!!!

    If you have the time please visit to my company and teach us how to manage the customers with the useless team, because we are spending high to reach customer requirements..

    Let me thank you for making me to spend Rs 400  for the lesson to quit from the airtel service.
