Airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion

This is to bring into your notice that I have applied for a prepaid to postpaid conversion of my cell no. on last Monday dated 26 November, 2007 but it has not been activated till date.
The executive came to my office took the documents and said he has processed the documents firstly he told me a wrong bill plan and secondly he is not co-operating in this matter.
Apart from that he has not provided me any cash receipt against the payment of Rs500.
I already addressed this issue but no response is coming.
The Channel partner is TALK MAX in CP Landline NO 011-43574810. Despite co-operating they are misbehaving with the customer how can Airtel make such careless people as their channel partner.
I'm going to sue Airtel and Talk max both as this has harassed me given me mental torture, tension and pain.

I am Ashokk Samyal and I am Commandant of 161 Bn CRPF . I am using prepaid Airtel since one year. I am happy with the service of airtel. But now I want to convert my airtel prepaid connection into postpaid broadband service.

More than 9 Rs. per mint I have been deducted from my airtel pre-paid account,Every time i do international call. sometimes i lose Rs 100 without real call just hear it ringing and after I stop it,i have been deducted. I complained this problem to airtel office in hyderabad, but they told me to contact customer care i did but till date no action has been taken in this problem. I have actually filed an RTI request to find out if these service providers have any way of distinguising in their system as to who really initiates 'such' requests.
but the fact is true.
i am nitesh asthana from sandila (hardoi) uttar pradesh ...i am using your number 9936527799 last 1 year ....sir my balece always dedect in my accoun without my permision and last balence dedect was last 2 days something 15 rs. But i have no information and my custmor care has been blocked...so plese help me

I have submitted the documents to Airtel Relation center, Aundh, Pune and verification has been also done. He said that plan will be activated in 4-5 days.
Apart from that I have made a cash receipt against the payment of Rs300.
I already addressed this issue to call center but no response is coming and they are saying that sim will get activate soon. They told that sim will get activate by end of friday dated 5th August 2011.But still its under same message "sim registration failed"
Request you to look in to this as soon as possible.
