Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA  95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his twin fat sloppy brother David Higgins and their pedophile looking busted up slack a** father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level.

You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311.  He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry.  I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that.  He's a whiny bi***.....

CAUTION....CAUTION ....CAUTION.....this company is a big scam they are bunch of crooks trying to get people,s personal and financial information and than selling and advertising it to other scam partner companies .me a couple of people i know and have talked to about this company had been warning people of their scam and digital computerized calls where no one is their to answer you if you call back .plus they will call you 200000 times a month sometimes 10 ,11 at night .HEY MR SUPERVISOR ANDREW HIGGINS ................DO YOU KNOW ANY COMPANY WHO CALLS PEOPLE NONSTOP 24/7 AT 10 O CLOCK AT NIGHT AND ASK FOR INFORMATION ????????????GO ASK GOD FOR FORGIVENESS YOU LYING PEICE OF .........9164370450 ,TRY CALLING THAT NUMBER I,VE BEEN GETTING 4TO 5 CALLS A DAY FROM THIS NUMBER AND WHEN I PICK UP ITS A STATIC NOISE INSTEAD OF A PERSON .YOU ARE LYING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND ITS SCAMS ..YOU ARE A WASTE OF SPERM LYING TO INNOCENT PEOPLE AND TRYING TO SCAM THEM WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY .YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE A DEVIL AND HEARTLESS PEOPLE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND RUDE ATTITUDES AND TRAP THEM WITH WRONG AND FAKE INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR COMPANY

My name is Robert Harmon. I am an attorney that specializes in telemarketing issues and is presently investigating Maximum for their telemarketing practices

If anyone receives robo-calls from Maximum, please record the time, date and the caller ID info.If you can take a picture of the caller ID info with your cell phone camera, that is even better.

Then please contact me at 1-203-542-5619 . With your help, we can put a permanent stop to this.

So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On February 5, 2013, the State of Missouri filed a petition for preliminary and permanent injunctions, restitution, civil penalties and other court orders against Maximum Security Alarm. The petition alleges, in part, that Maximum Security Alarm engaged in a pattern of outbound telephone calls violating Missouri's No-Call List Laws by contacting telephone lines placed on Missouri's Telemarketing No-Call List in an attempt to solicit customers for home security systems. The petition also alleges that Maximum Security Alarm caused the telephone to ring repeatedly in an annoying, abusive or harassing manner by soliciting consumers after they had made known they did not wish to receive calls and utilized methods to circumvent caller identification services. The petitions seeks to enjoin Maximum Security Alarm from making telephone solicitations to those who have placed themselves on Missouri's No-Call List, require MSA to pay $5,000 per violation of the No-Call List Laws, pay the state for all investigative and prosecution costs, and to pay the State of Missouri an amount equal to 10 percent of the total restitution ordered against Defendant. This matter is currently pending. Caller: Maximum Security Systems Call Type: Telemarketer

A few weeks ago a guy knocked on my door wearing a polo shirt with the GE logo on it.  Started by telling me that he is not selling anything which always makes me conclude that something sooner or later will be attempted to be sold.  Said that he wanted to inform me of a law passed in my city which requires something of course I did not have on my alarm system.  i asked for his card and he did not have one.  Asked for a brochure and he did not have one.  Actually he left right away when I said I was not interested.

This week another guy came to my door with a polo shirt that had the GE logo.  Poor guy-  before he opened up his mouth I recited that he was not selling anything and wanted to tell me about a law passed in the city.  He asked right away how long ago someone came to the neighborhood as if he had exclusive rights.  I told him that I was not interested.  He started with "you know there is a law that now requires..." in which I laughed and told him farewell.  He looked at me like I just told a 4 year old there was no Santa Claus, and said "are you sure?"

My advise is never to buy anything from a door to door salesperson since it's never a good deal.

i think that I have determined at one company who call my "do not call" number often offering to install a GE alarm system for free. I pressed "1" and played along, finally asking what company was going to install the system.  The agent identified the company as "The Alarm Group". I asked if I could look them up on the web and the agent provided me with the "thealarmgroup.net. They appear to be a real company.  I asked them to quit calling and filed and FCC complaint.  If they continue to call I am going to start recording the calls, wait until they have called numerous times, and the sue them in small claims court as the FCC regulations allow.  I suggest you do the same.

Apologies if this has information has been posted before, but I've been getting these calls multiple times a day now for about a week and a half.

I called GE who were tight-lipped but gave me the number of Interlogix who now owns the right to use the trademark "GE Home Security" after GE sold the division to UTC.

Their number is 855-2868889. I called them and button-mashed until I was transferred to someone's CELL PHONE. I complained to him and he expressed frustration with the telemarketers sullying their name. He took my info and the number these telemarketers were calling from and told me he'd send it up to his legal team.

Next time you get one of these calls, why not do the same thing I did? I'm sure Interlogix will be sick of receiving calls from us to their cellphones and maybe will start to have some "empathy" for our situation. Oh, and obviously never buy another GE product ever again. :-D

    HAD ENOUGH
There is a new wrinkle.  The # that shows up in Caller ID is my companys phone #.  So, I pick up. I'm guessing this probably the 5th or 6th call in the last week.  Never leaves a message.   The previous times I saw the # and missed calls, I called work and checked with the most probable people who would call me. Everyone said they didn't call.

    robo killer
I got rid of all robo calls by saying to them "home grown Al-Qaeda agent  flea bomb my white house and kill kill the fleas within. Using keywords I have initiated an NSA wiretap just for you" . Repeat over and over to real person or during announcement if no person picks up.
I made a recording to play They no like NSA and go away.
.NSA records and tracks all phone, email and saves for all time.

I get the same calls on a daily basis from a (662)645-8046 which is a MS # yet they say they're based out of Florida...Bahaha. Just yesterday received call about free cruise to Bahamas. How convenient!! They ALWAYS hang up except 1 man Eric who really worked hard to sell me system for 97 y/o Grandma with lifetime warranty...go figure. Calling # back doesn't work because it's not in service & blocking it doesn't work because they just pick new # to call from. Thanks for letting me vent.

On 2/25/2016 from 571-291-3010 A woman called claiming to be offering an upgrade promo from GE Home Security Systems, stating I had bought one three years ago and then trolling to see if I had an alarm system in place. I rarely report to the police but with many elderly in my community I did so. I will also call the company that bought the GE division. The local papers publish scam warnings.

More contacts to call with a complaint. Interlogix has a form to be filled out for their legal dept. Interlogix (now owner of the real GE Home Security) is part of United Technologies, UT Climate, Controls, and Security, and here is the number of the Untied Technologies Ombudsman, From within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, call 800.871.9065. I always find Investor Relations are nervous nellies about brand and any impact on stocks so here is United Technologies Investor Relations phone: (860) 728-7000 and Email: invrelations@corphq.utc.com where wondering if this has an impact on stock value and reputation of "security products" is an issue. And then there is corporate at (860) 728-7000 where you ask of the VP Channels (they have to manage the real sales of security products thru distributors). If anyone is in Las Vegas the security group has a booth so asking them about this might be interesting. No one will satisfy you but rattling the ranks increases pressure on the scammers short term. This site has been very helpful so may these add to the mix.

    wants my birthday
On Thursday, June 2, 2016 I received an elaborate two person scam call from "General Electric Home Security" that asked me for my birthday.  They already knew my name and address.  The phisher gave a call back # 866-938-5827.  It was a recorded message. I demanded a list of satisfied customer in my area and never got a reply.  BEWARE

    BOGUS SCAMMER!
Recd call from a woman with an American-sounding name with a definite Indian or Pakistani accent asking if my GE Burglar Alarm System has been updated in the past 3 years.  I explained that my son works for an excellent security company and has updated my property with the latest equipment as well as supplying me with numerous attack-trained dogs.  Reported call to local police after rep quickly hung up!

I got another one of these calls today.  This time decided to wait for a live person.  When I said, 3 calls per week is a bit much, please remove me from you call list.
    Here is the interesting response,
The guy said, "Great not another complaint."  Then said, "Dude, I don't care, I just don't care."  Then he hung up.
Boy, there's a high probability that the name GE won't be on the shopping list...regardless of who it is that's really calling.
GE needs to get this stopped.

I have caller ID so if I the caller's number is not in my contacts list I ignore the call.  If it's important the caller can (and usually does) leave a voicemail.
