A man with a heavy accent(sounds Indian, from India) called and left a message on my phone.
Said that there is a legal complaint filed against me and I need to call him back asap or he will pursue
charges??
what? I thought? Doesnt make any sense to me. I dont do anything illegal, how can there be any charges against me?
Well, I check out his company online , and turns out it's a scam to extort money probably.
I deleted the message and never bother calling.
Pls do your research everyone before even bothering calling back.

    I received the same phone call yesterday and it took me for a loop. How should I proceed. These Indian accent called me horrible names and tried to have me pay them money

      OMG I had the same phone call today n the told me that I had a legal claim fold against me this people talked horrible to me n I hung up they called me BK n told me that I had ten days to have my lawyer call them BK or some one was going to my job n house n that I will be facing consequence. Like did u have the same problem as me

        I have been having the same issue saying I have very serious leagle charges filed against my name and they want my lawyers information... also from a thick Indian accent... they also left a robot message saying similar things, that they are warning me and it's in my hands and I'll go to jail. They still call from time to time... clearly a scam but it did have me scared for a bit. These people are low life's.

      I got the same message im so glad there is more people tht knws about this...i think its our turn to make his days hell... But really press charges on him for harrassment.... If any one finds a source let me know im a attorney we can get his ass in jail..... My email is highchef12@gmail.com... Im a tax payin legal citizen of CO..

        I have also being harrassedby these people, who are trying to extort money from me. I know what I owe and I don't owe these peopleanything. If it helps, the phone # on email is 1302-387-0026 and email is accounts@asclegalgroup.com. Any help getting these people off my back is apprieciated.

        Yea they sent me an email to saying that owe them money if i dont pay legal actions will be taken out against me and that i committed fraud and they where going to report me to FTC, I want to see them go down for harrassing everyone trying to scare people so they can collect money its a shame, scam, scandolous, and sketchy.So lets try to bring them down

          They are young the same to me and I told them I did not make sure transaction and for them to show me this so called proof and they said that they have it so I want to see it because I have proof that they are liars and still haven't gotten a response.  What they are doing is wrong and they should pay for causing people stress

        I had a call of the same situation Arabian or Indian person saying the same thing . I'm in the middle of a divorce and custody battle . So I was thinking it was my ex trying to have people call me and harras me .,

        I got an email today...same thing. I was scared so I called. They said I borrowed money from Pay Day Loans or something in January...which is not true. When I asked for the number for Pay Day Loans, he said the accound was closed so I had to deal with them now. I said I wanted to talk to Pay Day Loan because I knew I didn't take out a loan in January. He said he would get back with me. I sure am glad I didn't give out any of my information. If your serious about getting him, I will forward you the email he sent me.

        I just got a email for these people and the # on my email was + 15613008730 I had this happen before and I called the police fraud department and they told me that it was a scam and there is nothing anyone can do about it! they are tell me that I owe 854.64  if I setelle out side of court it 955.75 in court 4203.68 will be download agaist me. then they nest thing they say is I going to jail for check fraud these ppl need to stop

        A recording called me 1-478-247-6624 and said Criminal lawsuit has been filed on me. I called the number back and no answer. Since I live next to a drug dealer and Meth head I figured he filed on me. Makes sense since Ive been trying to get him out of my neighborhood. The criminal have all the rights these days!! Wouldn't surprise me a bit!!

        I have a received a voicemail and phone call from someone in Virginia did not have an Indian speaking voice, it was American! The woman said she was from a company called  MRP and that someone had filed a complaint against me saying that I tried to defraud on a Payday loan. She read out my SS#, Routing and Checking #, and said that the address I used was somewhere I had never lived nor ever visited.
        I have never had a Payday loan. Needless to say that I have closed out the bank account I had since this person now knew my account info. The number that was used to call me was:  (804) 557-0977

    I just got a phone call from a "company" called ACS Legal Services, from Travis Walker. He said that I got a loan from CashNet USA in Feb., I didn't apply for any loan from that company in Feb.  It is a scam, they want you to give them money.  Some how they hacked into CashNet and got all my information, birthday, social security number, phone numbers, they said it was a federal officer, but the "officer" called from the same phone number that is for ACS Legal Services.  DO NOT BELIEVE THEM...

      they said I recieved a loan to from that cash net thing when I asked them what I was being suied for then they read me my right over the phone. when I asked why I was not served papers he got really angry and was like I give calls in advance to let you know. I am like my father is a sherrif and I know how this stuff works. He was like fine you will get your papers and then hung up.
