Legal claim or complaint file against me.
Complaint
Sam N.
Country: United States
A man with a heavy accent(sounds Indian, from India) called and left a message on my phone.
Said that there is a legal complaint filed against me and I need to call him back asap or he will pursue
charges??
what? I thought? Doesnt make any sense to me. I dont do anything illegal, how can there be any charges against me?
Well, I check out his company online , and turns out it's a scam to extort money probably.
I deleted the message and never bother calling.
Pls do your research everyone before even bothering calling back.

We also have had some guy from a Florida number calling offering my female staff $200 if they will talk to him and answer some questions. The questions have been found to be sexually inaapropriate... When I had my husband call him he refused to let him talk and kept asking what restaurant he worked at...wierdo!
Consolidation Loan Services). The (Indian Man) name, Robin Henry, I made him spell everything,
because, I think he had me on speaker phone, which made call difficult to hear, and I explained to
him it's hard for me to hear and understand, I am Disabled, and he got a bit loud /w/ me, said, do U
have a Lawyer, if U do, give him my number, and my lawyer & UR lawyer can talk this over.
NO, I didn't give my lawyers name nor the beginning of Social Sec. # nor anything else, but made sure, I received his number, there, to speak /w/ Travis Walker: 213-261-6451.
I did call where I have a loan, they told me do not do anything, let him do the calling back, and
by not doing anything, he will stop, also, contact U.S. Federal Complaint Board, and file a harassment
charge against both ( Henry & Travis) also ACS.
So glad I looked up this Company, when I was doing my PCH search & win. :):)
Something already good has come my way, hope this helps others, too:):)
Have a wonderful rest of UR day...T.G. I. F. DAY @ U !!!
Best Regards
Start a group of contacts on your phone. Title it "F**king Jerks". Next time you have had a bad day, or just want to stick it to someone, pull up your contact list of "jerks" and start making calls. These people border on not being human. They try to extort the ignorant, the eldery and everyday people like you and me. So feel free to scream, cuss, call names and degrade them for being the scum that they are. Every time you get a call fron one of these low lifes add them to you growing list of "jerks". In no time you will have an extensive list of people to stick it to, and you may just have that bad day turn around with just a few phone calls.
One other note, if they're ever looking for a call back number from you, give them this one; 772-257-4501. It's the Rick Roll hotline. If you don't know what "Rick Roll-ing" someone is, give it a Google search or try the number yourself.
Thanks for reading & have fun with your "jerks".
Reading other comments about "CashNetUSA", I had my bank account details stolen and used on a fake electronic check with the name shown on the bank statement as "CashNetUSA", I got it cleared up by talking to my bank and reporting it to the cops (who really weren't that interested), my bank told me that CashNetUSA are part of an organised fraud ring which swaps stolen bank details between its members and try to make small debits to each account, small so they can be easily overlooked and don't constitute massive fraud against one person, but with hundreds or thousands of accounts and many of the fake checks not being immediately noticed by the account holders the amount soon adds up.
I see the connection - bank details stolen, used to write an eCheck to CashNetUSA, next step is to try and get more cash and find out more data by making fake initimidating "legal" phone calls.
Stay strong!
