Terrible dining experience

On June first a friend and I went to Red Lobster Restaurant for lunch around 2:30PM. We were greeted poorly by a messy dressed hostess who had a very sad and put upon attitude. As she seated us, we decided to sit at the bar. The service was terrible. When we complained to the manager nothing was accomplished. Just the manager and the waitress/barmaid whispering to each other. The potato was uncooked and hard. The food itself was sparse for the price $22.95, the coke was flat, and the manager did nothing to help our situation. We would never go there again or advise anyone else to go there either. no wonder they took off Hushpuppies on the menu
their prices skyrocketed
Portions shrunk to almost half what they were
We ordered Crab Legs last time and were served five TINY legs the size of your forefinger Geeze
If they don't have enough sense to Read "Red Lobster complaints" founds on Google,
They deserve to fail
My fried shrimp was so small and burned, yes burned. Also my shrimp alfredo was not cooked all the way and greasy, greasy. The waiter never did bring me my broccoli and when i received the bill and stated this, she replied YOU SHOULD HAVE REMIND ME TO BRING YOU BROCCOLI. I paid for the bill anyway and asked to see the manager. His attitude was so what. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I AM TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH 60 MINUTES. I am tired of this.
