I found this product while browsing for remedies for joint pain on the internet. The offer was a free trial for $4.99 to cover S&H. Before I even began using the free trial bottle 2 more bottles arrived at the house. I was charged $74.98 each for the 2 bottles.

This product, which I tried for a month did absolutely nothing for my joint pain. Beware of this company , it is my opinion that this is nothing more than a scam, shame on me for not reading the fine print, shame on them for their obvious deceitful tactics. They have refused to fully refund my purchase.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and have them close the account due to fraud, or you will see additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges under FRB Reg. E or FCBA if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

i found an unauthroized instaflex purchase.  i never even wanted or purchased even a sample.  i don't even know how anyone got my debit card.  There was more time lapsed when investigating in general problems which may have started as early as 2010 til now.    Since i never even knew about the product or ordered sample full or otherwise this is really really a scam, and fraud.  I thought when bank said there was some charge made my account balance drop to $11 or even possibly overdraft i thought it was some gym fitness organization.   Then the bank said they would remove it which made me believe it was taken care of.  Not so only partially and with the overdraft $69.98 charges all together.  the company and even act as if they returned the amount- and you might think the fraud was fixed.   Really fraud.

I, too, was taken by the "free trial". They charged my credit card $4.99. I didn't notice that until I received a full bottle in the mail.  When I checked my credit card statement, they had billed me $74.00 for ONE BOTTLE! I know I didn't authorize that!!! If it was in fine print, it was very well hidden.  FRAUD!!! And they try to act so nice when you call like they don't know why you're upset.  I have contacted my credit card company-hopefully I can't get the charge removed since I have returned the product! BEWARE!

Im still trying to decide if this is a valid product or not but it does clearly say on the first page of the website there is a 4.99 shipping charge for the free 2 week bottle and you will be charged 69.99 plus 4.99 for every bottle they will automatically send you.

You should have thought about that when you entered your credit card number...

In the busy lead up to Christmas 2017, I ordered a free sample of Instaflex. Had I investigated more online, I'd never have had anything to do with them. According to the shipping label the package was shipped from their North, York Ontario address, yet the $4.99 shipping charge they claimed it would cost turned out to be US dollars and I was charged over $5 Canadian. Then, when I noted the caution about possible side effects on the liver, I decided to return the unopened samples. That cost me C$17!!  Today, Jan. 9/18 I received an unauthorized, un-ordered 3rd bottle, for which they charged my credit card C$78.73.
Now that has to be returned at whatever cost, in order for me to have my credit card reimbursed!!!
I will NEVER, EVER deal with this company again and will certainly think twice, three times or more before buying anything else online. I could kick myself for being so stupid.

When you do a free trial, you don't have to add to the order. I only took the one bottle offer to try it. I'm not completely done with it but do find some relief.

It is sold at GNC for $69.95 a bottle. I checked.

Every person is different. But with the guarantee you should be able to return the unused bottles.

i started to get the free sample for 4.99 and before i pushed the thing to enter my credit card number, i read the fine print, where they would put you auto delevery 18 days from then.so i went up and took my credit card numbers out, and then i tryed to go back to the page before that and take my name and address off that page, and it would not let me.i hope there is not a way for them to get my credit card number,i did not push the enter button with my credit card number,i went up and took the numbers out.this is very much mis advertisement, something should be done about it,what about the people that dont read the fine print before they push the button and enter their credit card number like i did.

This drug is a rip-off. Do not buy. The med. is no good in the first place and they try and rip you off afterwards. They charge you an additional $78... after the free sample. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

I only wish I would have read this site first before ordering a 14 day trial sample of this worthless supplement.  Same thing has happened to me that has happened to all of the about people. Was on the phone with a customer service rep named Paul for over 20 minutes trying to get my $74.98 refunded to my checking acct. NO LUCK! Was told it could take up to 3 to 4 weeks to get the refund.  I found the Instaflex website on our local TV channel website, which I have contacted them to let them know that this company is scamming people.  I'm 57 yrs old - and I NEVER saw the terms and conditions when ordering this.....the font is so small - I still might not have seen it - if Paul hadn't told me were to look for it, just how many elderly people has been taken advanage of this offer!!! THE STUFF DOESN'T WORK....I have arthritis in my lower spine, elbow, and knees - it DIDN'T DO A THING FOR ME. Just remember NOTHING is ever FREE - learn a valuable lesson here which is costing me allot. Everyone...beware of this company - they are very BAD!

i did not order it, someone used my debit card, i have no roommates so it must be a total stranger or hacker.   i never received anything either.  i just found this site to see what the scam was about.  my impression was scammers were making the order in your name.   Both in my case were scammers the buyer (fraud) and the product (fraud).  And nothning sent to my address.   And altogether internet scam and i would never even consider buying the product.

We tried calling their customer service hotline and nobody's answering our calls. If they charged you on your account already, contact your bank and let them know.

Good Luck...call 1-877-869-3310 customer service - maybe you will get the same guy I spoke with named Paul.  He even told me that he won't be working there much longer because of what the company is doing to people.  What does that say for the company!

      Hi Pam,

The exact same thing happened to me!   My Credit Card Company
told me they tried to put a charge of $54.98 in for five days in a row!

I never read any fine print, and this is very upsetting about these
      dishonest people!
