I found this product while browsing for remedies for joint pain on the internet. The offer was a free trial for $4.99 to cover S&H. Before I even began using the free trial bottle 2 more bottles arrived at the house. I was charged $74.98 each for the 2 bottles.

This product, which I tried for a month did absolutely nothing for my joint pain. Beware of this company , it is my opinion that this is nothing more than a scam, shame on me for not reading the fine print, shame on them for their obvious deceitful tactics. They have refused to fully refund my purchase.

I ordered the "2 week trial" which I received a week ago. Haven't even started taking them yet, checked my bank statement today and found a pending charge of $74.98 for another months supply. I called the number listed along with the charge and the guy was willing to drop the monthly price to $30. What a scam. Apparently I was lucky because I was able to cancel the order and they removed their request for payment. I'll just have to keep an extra close eye on my account for a while.

I am not pising or moaning, the stuff doesn't work. They say you will start seeing results in 7 days. I have taken the whole bottle and I am still wakeing up with pain in my knee. They said it takes longer for some people,so they can send me another bottle free to see if it it will start working. I said no thank you just refund the $74 back to my bank card. He said it should be back on ther in 3to 4 days. I am going to the bank tomorrow to make sure it comes off.

I too received two bottles unsolicited. However, I found the product to be very effective. I called the company about the outrageous cost and they have given me a forty dollar refund on the first bottle and an address to send the second back for a full refund. Also, they removed me from the automatic shipments. They were courteous and responsive. No big problem. Beware the fine print.

no comment but something to try
try putting two cloves of garlic in a gallon of apple cider vinegar. let set for two weeks. after that take two tablespoons full once a day. has workes for some people and not for others.

I found instaflex to work perfect for me with my arthritis.

Now I always read,"TERMS AND CONDITIONS" ON ALL ORDERS.  This
tells you what to expect in future on your card, i learned the hard and
my  own way.  if they dont have terms and conditions,  then one has to
    worry.

I JUST LOOKED THEM UP ON THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU , THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM, BUT PEOPLE HAVE SENT COMPLAINTS INTO THEM ABOUT THE MONEY ISSUES , THEY HAD A- BECAUSE OF THIS ONLY. Ihave severe osteoarthritis in my spine , i tryed everything out there , as far as drinks and pills , i found that supple works and gives you lots of energy , I just could not afford the stuff , they are very nice there and never had a billing issue , I could not go without that drink , I would recommend trying Supple , trust me , i don't work for them , It worked for me, I felt like a bull and it really lubs the joints.

GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE WHICH IS WWW.BBB.ORG AND SIMPLY FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS TO REPORT A SCAM.

WHEN YOU PUT IN YOUR ZIPCODE IT TAKES YOU TO A PAGE WITH A BUTTON TO HIT THAT SAYS
    "TO REPORT A SCAM".

I'm sorry this has happened to so many people but if you contact  the BBB perhaps you can prevent this from happening to others. I wish you all well in your quest to relieve your joint pain and discomfort. Take care.

I ordered the free trial and the additional bottle. To my surprise the additional bottle was not the same formula. Oops! Then I found my bank account over drawn. They had charged me for the next month's shipment. I still have now received my refund. I am still working with my bank. I'll NEVER order anything like this again!!!

I am another victim of the free trial of useless crap. No pain relief and then the next bottle arrived for $75 on my credit card.
I contacted the company and got a very slick phone opp, who tried to offer me" other opportunities", and discuss the weather.
Shame on them with thier well hidden negative option clause and shame on the credit card companies for doing business with scumbags like these, and enabling them.
If my credit card company does not refund me, I will be cancelling that card . I strongly suggest others do the same, we should expect more from our institions, who after all are endorsing this method of doing business.

we're gonna enjoy every cent of the donation you sent to us for the phony pills. maybe you can call in for some other opportunities. such as us getting into your account again for a bonanza of phony charges. oh how we love idiots.

DON'T try.  I read this post too late.  When you order a "free trial" you enrol for every month supply at $74.98.

EVERY MONTH you will be billed on your credit card.

    YOU ARE WARNED. DON'T TRY. TRY=ENROL  !!!!

It's a nightmare to reverse the transaction. You have to get a RMA, send back the product with a tracking number, send an email to warn them to never use your credit card number again and then, call your credit card company to cancel your card...A NIGHTMARE. DON'T TRY.
Hope my experience will save you time & money. Put a Thumb UP is i saved you time & money.

I hope you all have learned that whenever a company offers a "free" sample with only the cost of shipping there is a provision to get you "hooked."  I looked at their ingedients, and except for some I could not recognize, they are no different from many other such products on the market, i.e., Instaflex is not a miracle drug. It may be a decent product, but as you all have discovered, their practices are deceitful, although common with online companies.

My advice, go to the drugstore and read the labels of the dozens of similar products.
