I found this product while browsing for remedies for joint pain on the internet. The offer was a free trial for $4.99 to cover S&H. Before I even began using the free trial bottle 2 more bottles arrived at the house. I was charged $74.98 each for the 2 bottles.

This product, which I tried for a month did absolutely nothing for my joint pain. Beware of this company , it is my opinion that this is nothing more than a scam, shame on me for not reading the fine print, shame on them for their obvious deceitful tactics. They have refused to fully refund my purchase.

These scammers know full well that a certain percentage will ship the product back and recieve a refund but there will be many that just won't bother. That where they make their money.Forward billing should be illegal no matter what is in the fine print.

I cannot understand why people buy so expensive product from such an unreliable company? I'm using for 5 years Glucosamine+Chondroitin+MSM and at the same time I buy separately 1 bottle of Boswellia(90 caps) and 1 bottle of Turmeric(90 capsules). I also used a shark cartilage  I can myself regulate doses.Combination of items is up to you. Goodness gracious, I'm not experiencing pains, despite my MRIs are not good. You shouldn't use more than 2 or 3 caps/pills a day- it's very important. But take pills as long or possible from 3 to 6 month in a row! Don't interrupt the course!

Anytime you purchase something that is advertised on the Internet,  Google the product for scams before you sent for the product. Just a good word of advise to all.

i should call the mother country and tell them stop selling smart phones and iphones to corrupt americans.  the inventors have been recognized as the most incorrupt countries in the world and they should be alerted to the unethical behavior.

Okay gals and guys!  You screwed up!  Now get together and write to the attorney generals office in the state where that crap came from and see what happens.  Bet they open a case against the so called dr. And his "knee juice".  He will be investigated.
Good luck and stick with a moist heating pad like i did, a "thermafore"  no, i don't own the company.  Had one for 7-10 years.

    Never again
Never order anything from these pop up scam web site.  Only order from such established responsible sites like Amazon or Target.  I had to cancel my credit card because of their scam.  I never ordered anything except the FREE trials, so I thought and go scammed for two more bottles which arrived right away.  The sample did not do any good but caused my a knee problem.  This merchandize is actually dangerous.  Do Not Take Them and just send them back.

Just a thank you to all those who posted warnings which I was wise enough (from past experiences) to check this offer out before ordering the sample.  The who presentation had looked so genuine.  For the record, I was solicited today, June 17, 2017, in Toronto, Ontario, so this scam must be still going strong.

My mom ordered the free trial. No where on the page she ordered from nor the paper work she received with the free trial did it state they would charge for more bottles. Stop insulting people to all those with bad attitudes on here. It's people like you who probably make up these scam businesses.

I have noticed the recent posts above are very old. Well the scamming is still going on. If you missed the small print they will send you a 30 day supply for $74.98. DO NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER FOR A 14 DAY SUPPLY FOR $4.98 which covers SHIPPING AND HANDLING. DO NOT GIVE THEM your Credit Card information. They will work on your money in your Bank Acoount by not refunding the charges on your Bank Account. File immediately with your bank to have them reverse the charges..

it is sad that a free trial requires an autoamatic monthly enrollment.  why not a free trail and a follow up email to see if one wants to purchase.  i cancelled the useless product and told i wished the mormon god to destory them and their criminal families.  ill keep my fingers crossed.

Same thing here, I usually is very careful with fine print and I don't remember I have seen something like automatically ship 1 bottle each month. Just have to spend an hour and change my credit card account number tomorrow morning.

This product worked for me after taking the first pill.  I could tell a difference right away, but after reading all the negative comments about Instaflex, I contacted the company to cancel my account and was able to negotiate a lower more affordable monthly amount with NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING.  Everything is negotiable.  I told them I was on a fixed limited income and they lowered the price. The main ingredient in this product is Turmeric and if you have done any research you know that Turmeric is an excellent anti-inflammatory.  Do your research. And no one paid me to write this review.  I don't work for the company.
