I found this product while browsing for remedies for joint pain on the internet. The offer was a free trial for $4.99 to cover S&H. Before I even began using the free trial bottle 2 more bottles arrived at the house. I was charged $74.98 each for the 2 bottles.

This product, which I tried for a month did absolutely nothing for my joint pain. Beware of this company , it is my opinion that this is nothing more than a scam, shame on me for not reading the fine print, shame on them for their obvious deceitful tactics. They have refused to fully refund my purchase.

      Hi Mark,

When I saw this product advertised, it sounded like it was worth a try
at " their low price" and the fact that they shipped it to me right away.
I haven't opened the bottle yet, and I'm glad I didn't!  Who knows what
they put in those pills!  My credit card company told me there was a
pending charge of $54.98 from them and I was in shock!  It's the good
thing I called ~ they said they will not authorize the charge from them.
I'm so glad you're contacting an attorney about this and please advise
everyone to call their credit card company, and check their statements
closely.  Please reply if you can.  Thank you!

You have not a leg to stand on and we hope you do try to sue as we will counter file against you for a frivolous lawsuit and get even more of your money. We are so tired of you whiners and complainers. Maybe you should learn how to read first then come back and buy some more of our fabulous product. I will give you one opportunity to straighten this out and even give you a next purchase discount. Just go to our website and when you order put in the keyword "stooge" and get your 10 cent per bottle discount. Get a life weirdo.

Just talked to the toll free number on the bottle after recieving my 2nd bottle.

The person was very polite and helpful.

Anytime you get signed up for a "trial" you can opt-out at any time.  All "trial's" are attached to a monthly supply & charges....read the info!
No sure if it helps or not I am still on my "Trial"

However most people will piss-and-moan just to be pissing-and-moaning!

I wouldn't even call.  It would be nice if it were more noted about the free trial not being free and being attached with strings!  I just now saw the charge on my bank statement and have to wait until I receive the product in the mail and then mail it back and then wait for my refund.  Very aggravating!!!

Instaflex is not legitament. I ordered the "trial package" and three days after recieving the "trial" a full bottle arrived and my credit card was charged.  I called to complain and cancel my unsolicited "contract".  Two more bottles arrived in short order, and my wife, less diplomatic than I, got them to commit to not send more and a partial refund if I return the bottles unopened.  We'll see if that really happens. Don't bite on this scam unless you want to pop worthless pills as fast as they send them to you

It is common with cramming scams to delay shipment of the "free trial" so that you receive it past the cencellation point where you will get charged for the automatic shipment.  That ensures that, in effect, there is no "free trial".

    Hi Sandy..

Like you I applied for the "free Trial" offer.  Paid the S&H.  Tried it
    and didn't lke it.
Next, I received a bottle in the mail.  Didn't request it.  To my surprise
$74.00 appeared on my bank statement,,with the disturbing word ,,,,,
    RECURRING...beside the description.
I'm reporting to them and visisting my bank to be sure no RECURRENCES
    occur.
I'm also contacting my Secretary of State to report the machinations of
    INSTAFLEX.

I am sure the secretary of state will get right on it. You may even want to get the FBI the CIA and the Boy Your Dumm involved. Maybe fly the Blue Angels over the shipping location to scare the people into submission. what you should do is take the damn phony pills and wash then down with whiskey and cyanide to rid the earth of the infected gene pool called "you". Evidently you are a duped moronovich idiot with no money now. what a loser. Secretary of State? hah just call Hillary Clinton to send in the Marines like she did in Benghazi or even call the White House and ask for help. After that get a psychiatrist and begin taking meds for the rest of your life as you are a psychotic stooge.

I have received several bottles of this stuff  completely unsolicited. I  have no idea where they got my name or address. They will be hearing from my lawyer, and I will be contacting the consumer fraud division - attorney general's office and better business bureau.
