    hi! i'm back! this is "someone pissed off". I am the first one that post in this site about allsec's crappy policies etc (read up)... funny thing is this is supposed to be a complaint page about unsolicited phone calls and yet so many people responded to that post about the company's [***] rules... hehe anyways many things have happened to me that i'm you sure you have absolutely no effing care, but careerwise nothing happened! crap! Still no increase even though it was supposed to happen this april (rajiv even sent a message that evaluation should be done immediately to meet the deadline on april 09. But lo and behold! April came and ends, still no increase for its employees... And there's a rumor too that increase will suppose to happen every 6th month of your stay on the company that builds lasting relationship! Yup, no doubt that you will enjoy working with your colleagues but once you think that what they pay you for the amount of work that you do that's the time that you will start to get pissed...

    The thing that kinda ruined my day when i heard it is that they cant give you an increase is because some crappy reason that i cannot say because it will reveal my identity hehe. hello!!! months have passed since you evaluated your employees and yet you still havent made that stupid [***] you're supposed to do. Come on why not just say that i will never give you increase people. Di ba! For once be honest please.

    software development team almost have the same situation as the web development team but they are lucky that they have a manager that have balls. allsec is a good training ground! nuff said.

    sa allsec i have friend who work at CCRT. anak ng putah ang mga agent daw mas magaling pa sa OM...tpos may TL pa na hinugot lang sa floor kasi maganda stat pero wala ding alam.. ayaw kasi nilang mag hire ng ok ng TL kaya nag internal sila tpos kaya pa daw nataggap yun e parang type nung boss nila na injan....heheheh kawawa mga agents nun.. yung friend ko nag resign agad kasi walang kwenta yung mga unang batch mag 1 year nd half no salary increase.. kawawa nag tytyaga lang daw...tpos yung QA daw ganun din wala ding alam di naman daw makasagot pag tinatanung,,balita ko today madami na nag resign including the manager mag reresign na din daw yata kasi hiyang hiya na sa ka palpakan hahaha... yung mga QA daw puro bagsak agent sa kabulukan...wala kasing mai coach,,,

    you dont deserve to have any employees at all. you dont know how to implement your so called great policies to every employee. you prefer giving benefits to you newly hired people than the ones who serve your company longer! screw you [***] and take your goddamned increase in your [***]!

    I cannot say anything bad. All they do is on the legal side, the problem is their compassion with their employess. Anyways, there is always karma and soon the company will fall. Starting with the Web Development Team. Register, I think found somebody new. The jobs that they are giving us are very few. That is why we often sleep on the pantry. The previous sites that I had done is now being maintained by Indians overseas.

    But overall, this had been a very good or outstanding training ground for me. Thanks to Allsec, too bad we employees could not keep up with your pace.

    maybe you work for the management? you speak so much of good things about this crappy company. yet all the employees (agents, to be exact!) are puking right at every policies and regulations that they have. who would give 6 (six)sick leave and 6 (six)vacation leave incentives to an employee for a year? isn't that supposed to be 12 (twelve) sick leaves and 12 (twelve) vacation leaves , wherein the first 6 sick/vacation leaves can be used upon regularization and that months after that, it will both accure? they're such a pain on every employees neck!!!

    JOB OFFERS AND EMPLOYEE AGREEMENTS WHICH DOES NOT MATCH, AND YET ASK US TO SIGN THEM FORCIBLY OR BYPASS OUR RIGHTS TO READ THEM THOROUGHLY EVEN BEFORE SIGNING, THEY SHOULD ALL BE PUT TO TRASH! JUST LIKE THOSE PEOPLE IN THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT...

    check if your people are doing their job! agents are not supposed to wait for their disputes to be paid each and every pay days. as we all know it, most of the disputes filed are not paid.

    denise--- lucky you, you can say that to this company. may i just ask the reason why you left ALLSECTECH MANILA? if you were saying that the company was really good, isn't it just right for you to stay loyal then? may i just quote and unquote as well, you said " hopefully honest, and from-the-heart post"--- HOPEFULLY dear, you said it.

    maybe if the web development manager do his job right maybe this team wont fall... do your job direk nd ung puro sideline at paglalaro ng games ginagawa mo sa office. taas ng sueldo mo tas nd ka pa pumapasok minsan. sana nga ikaw na lng ngresign e nd un mga developers mo. Imbes na imotivate mo ung team mo parang okay lang sau na magsilayasan sila palibhasa laki ng sueldo ala ka naman ginagawa.

    I closed an HSBC account because of the calls. HSBC has passed my personal information out and it has cost them my business. If you have an HSBC account you are going to get the calls and HSBC has not figured out how to call India and stop the calls. Close any HSBC account you might have!!

    Hi... I have read all of the negative post here and I think that it's not good upon working in this company, hmm... I'm newly hired in this company and I'm not starting to hit the floor yet. Well I will just give it a shot if most of the post here are true, I will give an update if what will happen if I will be having my duties.... Hope that for most of the complains here on post, "SANA" nag change na ung treatment sa employees, Gudluck!

    @ [[[catch me if you can]]]: Denise is not working for the Management when she's here in Allsec. We used to work for the same account which is Web Development. I only had the chance to work with her for only 7 months but I can totally say to all of you guys that she’s a very good person. She left allsec because she realized that she doesn’t want to work on graveyard shift for the rest of her working life. (Please read her first paragraph…) And don’t you think she had plans, too? The last time I talked to her, she told me that she’s pursuing her career as an Educator. When we we’re together here in Allsec, I learned that she used to work as a part-time instructor in UP.

    i was the one who experienced that working from 9pm-4pm the following day... i wasnt able to report the following shift due to lack of sleep of course... the next day, when i gave my manager my sick leave slip,,, he asked y i was absent.. i told him i went home at 4pm.. guess what he told me?! "Bakit? hindi mo na kinaya pumasok?!" whatda?! but when my so-called team leader had an overtime until 11am (only!)... he was soooo worried about her! he even allowed that person to sleep in our quarters half the shift! (and she was still timed-in) HR learned about this but they did NOTHING too to that employee....

    nakakaloka naman kung ganun. there were like plenty of banners posted right infront of their doorstep. it was like, "the 2nd best employee award.." etc.
    where the hell they got those stuff if most of their employees were already cursing them?
    I was really concerned about applying to this company. Im just giving it a try since its very near to my place. My friend from Telus (recruitment) said that the people from their (TELUS) department were full of "kups" so I didnt bother to apply there.
    I also tried submitting my application with INfosys, same thing, got the same bad comments from their employees.
    I mean, of course, we cant have it all in one company but say atleast, they (company) could of course give their employees something that they deserved.
    Kasi pinaghihirapan naman nila ang trabaho nila so hindi nila hinihingi lang yung perang pinassweldo sa knila.
    I just hope they have changed their policies kungdi naku sarap bilangan to kung til kelan nalang tatagal...
    Finding a new job is not just making a bargain out of a tyangge-an store, there are a lot to consider and to sacrifice as well.
