    I believe AllSecTech company can treat their employees better.

    I worked for them only for a couple of months because I can't handle the work environment we have, too pressured from my tl who doesn't help me at all and never given a constructive criticism to me. And feeling pabida lagi si ateng kahit mali ang sasabihin niya, maisingit lang sarili niya. Naasar tuloy ako sa kanya parang bad blood peg niya sakin kahit pa mabait ako sa kanya. Ito clue, pango tong useless na tl na to. Parang diyos ng mga pango. Pwede nang maging isang Pangonoon. Lol I didn't know I can be this mean b*tch. Buti pa yung hindi ko tl sa kabilang bay, helpful na and kind pa! But seriously, our manager here was genuinely nice and considerate - in my opinion.

    Eto pa. When I was doing my clearance I was forced to sign a salary deduction paper because they said I received my handbook (125php) & maxicare (200php) - wherein I clearly explained to them that I've received neither of these because I wasn't able to give them my previous coe. I guess it's true they really love money. Wow diba? But as I signed the paper I just thought, "okay karma, bahala ka na."

    So that's it for my experience, to those people who want to apply here. Good luck!

    I have been working for 1 year, then after a sudden I am being accused of Estafa kung kelan aalis na ako sa kompanya sa postpaid nainllyan ko na akin eto, e sho kanila daw at nag fraud daw ako. At walang authorization daw sa pag kuha nag postpaid. Ngayon estafa daw fraud at kung ano ano pa mga I binigay na kaso sa akin para ang 100k last paycheck di ko na makukuha, mukhang pera, mga sinungaling, nagninira buhay ng tao, palibhasa Bali balik Taran mo na account ko pangalan ko parin yan ah di allsectech. Sila p malakas nag file na kaso... As an ang signatory nila, walang due process di ako kinausap, email diretcho.

    I was part of Pioneer Batch way back Apr 2008. Being part of Batch 1 has perks. As they need someone to work as a Support, I applied and got the position. THERE WAS NO SALARY INCREASE THOUGH! I was earning 13,000 Basic Salary plus 2500 Allowance for more than 1 year. I can relate to the one who mentioned on this thread that the HR will talk to you that “In Chennai”
    it will take 1 year before you can officially be promoted to a support position. Well, fortunately for me, after 1 year I signed a paper saying my title was changed from agent into a Support Position. I won’t disclose my post though. With the promotion on title, STILL NO SALARY INCREASE! It’s already been 1 year, I got my paper and already have the skills. So I had the courage on 2009 to resign and apply for a job on other company. This company treated my batchmates unfairly. Making then do CL workload as an apprentice without giving them salary increase and title change on their positions. Anyways, I’m glad I had the courage to resign last 2009, because on the next company I was in, I was appraised and had a salary increase of 3 times within 2 year. I could not ask for more. Then moved up and up to the corporate ladder and now a successful employee in a BPO Industry. I already bought own house and lot in Makati and my own car. All thanks to ALLSECTECH who gave me a title change on paper where ut all started. Thank you for being a bad company. It made me go to another company where I’ll succeed.

    PS Sa lahat ata ng Batch 1 nung April 2008 na naging Support Role, ako lang ata yung nabigyan ng regularization paper nung 2009. Ok na din kahit walang increase. I already gained the experience and tenurity needed to move to another company. Good thing nagresign na ko after I got my regularization paper. So for me, Allsectech was a good training ground for me, but in terms of compensation, hmmm. Next topic please.
