if you are an applicant and got the luck to sign a contract with this company, then be very careful before signing....as per experience, indians are not fair as employers.....so as the brits and the arabs......
but we have the labor code to protect us from being abused by the employers....
I am happy for the developers, designers, and QAs that I have worked with before because they have all moved on and have found a place that will value them more. I have not moved on at all. I am with a good school now, but I am still haunted by what we have shared as co-workers. Nalulungkot pa rin ako. I miss my KBI/Allsec family and I can't show my face to them anymore because I am no longer the good person that they used to know.
Kahit pangit ang iba sa naging karanasan ko sa Allsec, tumatanaw ako ng utang na loob sa kumpanya, kasi doon ako nabigyan ng pagkakataon na mag-grow. Marami akong natutunan at doon ko nakilala ang mga kaibigan ko na pinanghihinayangan ko ngayon kasi hindi ako naging ganun kabuti sa kanila.
@ Jurrasic and Annie: Thank you guys, whoever you are, for rushing to my defense. Thank you for believing that I was a good person. I thought I was, I mean, I used to be not so bad. I thought I left because I had a plan of pursuing something else. There was probably a grain of truth in that because I am in an entirely different field now. But roughly a couple of years after, I realized that I left because I was not strong enough. I was a coward to face a day's work because I know I will never be able to do it on my own. I am not proud of being a coward. What I am saying is, when the most important people (developers, designers, QAs)left, it made me realize that I am a goner.

@ Annie: I used to be a part-time instructor, yes, pero hindi sa UP. I wish I were, but my credentials fell short. I am going to try next year so sana tanggapin nila ako. I used to be with Taguig City University. Thanks again. :) :) :)

I am not expecting this kind of life in this company. my career improvement was lost when came here... I realized that I can't find my future here.
To All Indians out there, how can you say that it became the second best employer? AMP! You always requiring us to do the best for this [***] employer who never gave us what we deserve. I think that we should see this as most looser and liar company. Yes "Liar" including our AOM is the most evil here" Lolz, wahahaha!!!! this word is good for you AOM.
