I was contacted by etourandtravel offering me also a Mexico vacation package and this was actually why I responded to them, because I was interested to go to Mexico and to relax on the beach, last year I was in Cuba for 7 Day's and the package was $ 1450.00 all included for me and my wife.

Aniway's a lady called me after few day"s and started to talk about orlando and daytona I told her that I was looking for Mexiko but she managed to convince me that the other package is better,on the end of our conversation she asked me for my CC # and I gave it to her thinking that they are not going to charge me until I see the DVD.

Few day's later I got the DVD and I was not very much impressed,so I send them an Email to cancel the package, this was only 7 day's later, they respond to me that they can not cancel it via Email!!!??? why? They want to talk with me I knew if I talk to them they will try to convince me again,I told them if they want to talk with me they can call me in canada and whe will talk,They never responded to that.

Well now the 15 day's cancellation time frame is past and I am charged $498.00 and I can not do anything about it.I am not going to this trip I am not getting my money back,I think I did cancel on time but they does not accept Email cancelation,I dont know what to do.I dont know how is it possible to have companies like this, somebody should shut them down because this what they are doing is not human,I hope somebody will break their neck and I wish them to get the same back what they did to us but 1000 times worser.

Some of the people on this message board work for etours and is making it seem like there are real satisfied customers, when there are not. If you refuse their offer, they will connect you with another idoit who is not nice. He talks down to you to intimidate you to say okay.I took a survey on a sight and gave them a bogus name and birth date. These idoits called and said I lied on the survey, because I said I had a credit card and a debt card. They are lying because I would never reveal my personal info to anyone. I did put my phone # because the survey was to win $1000. So they called. And I know I didn't fill out a survey for traveling anywhere, because I'm unemployed, and have been since 08. I told that fool my husband is the one that works and he's struggling to pay our bills every month. He told me to put it on his debt and surprise him because I was saving the family money. Yah! The surprise would be on me! He kick me out the house for going behind his back to pay for a vacation we can't afford. Who does that? Go on a vacation, and come back to a pad lock on your door with all your things in front of your bank owed home. Some vacation! I told him that. HE DIDN'T CARE! So I told him to remove my # from your calling list and hung up.

    Pissed off phone rep,
Thank you for clarifying and helping clear up the huge gap between the complaints and the praise of a wonderful vacation.  I think your name may detour some of the very people you are addressing from reading your comment, though.
So what you are saying is that the people calling homes repeatedly and selling these too good to be true packages, collecting vacation fares and preventing cancelation or conformation by ignoring their own phones is a small couple owned telemarketing company in Florida ONLY CLAIMING to be E-TOUR and TRAVEL, Tony and NGA Robles with Christina Marone handling the money and banks, work fraudulently under the license of E-Tour and Travel?
What have E-tour and Travel done to protect themselves from the bad reviews and people from being scammed by someone using them as a means?  This is after all their business name being used, don't they have a responsibility in that?  Pretty soon enough people will be angry and then all the sudden they will be blind sided with a class action, when in fact it is this smaller outfit that should be being investigated.
This article and any other with valid and verifiable facts and information, should be brought to the bbb for an investigation of the two.

A rude rep from this low class company called my wife while I was at work and said that she was doing our kids wrong because she wanted time to think about the offer. I immediately called the company back and let them have it. You don't get business by being rude to potential clients. This company is filled with not only incompetence but low class hires which is a direct reflection on the dumb [***] CEO.

This couple are scam artists.  In additon to the scam travel
business they operate, they own four homes, all of which are
in forclosures including the one they currently occupy.  The
question is, how do they do this?  Do they live off of the rental
income from the homes they rent while not paying the mortages? They
once operated out of a business park but were evicted for non payment of
rent and now operate from their home. It is evident that they do not pay any federal taxes from the income they derive from the travel scam business because the IRS has tax leins against one of their companies owned by Anthony Robles.  They have many other judgements and leins filed against them.  One day, and hopefully soon, their disgusting world will come crashing down.

How do you know they are working out of their houses and that they are in foreclosure??

I don't work for them, and never want to. But I have done the trips 4 times, about to do the fifth in 3 weeks. I have never had a problem, and the best part is I was able to take my children and friends on an extremely affordable trip. There is another company called executive tour and travel which people may confuse this with. We have stayed in the best accommodations, no hassle, great cars and park tickets. I would only advise upgrading park tickets at the gate, rather than through etour as it was cheaper to do that. I should not say never, there was an issue with when they debited the first payment, but they quickly resolved it. Yes, payments on such a minimal amount, but I could not have afforded it otherwise. The tour rep was lousy, but painless...last time in and out in an hour.

23 yearold Business and Marketing student here in Orlando , current travel agent with Etour and Travel. Excuse me if anybody is offended, but it AMAZES me how dumb some people are. If this was a ''scam'' the company would not be in business for this long ESPECIALLY right next to the University of Central Florida. If this was a ''scam'' we would not have merchant priviliges with Visa, Master and Discover. Yes they hire some unethical employees there is no control over that, it happens everywhere. You guys are shocked at when you see your credit card charged for a certain amount when you were told how much the package was and how much you would be billed. And some of you say ''they charged my card without my permission''... Well how in the hell would we have done that? Oh, I know.. You provided us your 16 digit credit card number. Why? Because you wanted a vacation that we spoke to you about for the past ten to fifteen minutes. Am I right? Otherwise, you would not give your credit card number to a stranger over the phone. Too good to be true? NO, you get a highly discounted vacation because you attend 60-90 minute timeshare presentation. One out of ten families will purchase a timeshare, and that is where this company makes their money and profits. These low priced packages is a drop in the bucket they are not banking off these packages, they bank off timeshare purchases. We take customers to the website and show them everything in writing, so do not act like you did not know what you were getting into. People amaze me at how ignorant, stupid (sorry if offended) and silly they can be. Vacation scam my ass. Us agents who have been employed for several years are simply hard working citizens trying to make a living, when you bash us on the phone for no reason just 5 seconds into a call for doing OUR JOB, DO NOT act stupid and surprised when you get a rude response or sarcasm, it is human nature. Let me see you guys call hundred of people per day WHO ACTUALLY FILLED OUT A SURVEY FOR A TRIP and have them act like they have no idea what is going on when you inform them and only to get cursed at, yelled at and extremeley disrespected. Show respect, act classy. Telemarketing keeps this world going, if it was not for telemarketers, the public would not be informed of specific products and services.

If this is really a legitimate travel company then what is their
current license number with the State of Florida.  All legitimate
travel agencies are required to register with the State. The Robles
do not have any type of license with the State to operate any type
    of travel agency.

I was never sent the package or DVD. I was not told about. the DVD so did not look for it.  I was also told that the info would be sent to my daughters website.  it was never sent there either.  Now no one has heard of the gentleman whom i talked to and they say they cannot find the supposedly recorded transaction.  They have taken money from my bank account twice that I was told could be paid at the time the trip was taken. I am a senior and I am so upset that I was so stupid and because I cry so easily because of this my daughter is trying to cancel and find out who unlawfully debited my account twice. They are telling her because there is no record of the transaction no one can help.  I hope someone reads this before they fall for this scam.  The money they just took out was for my most important medication which now I have to wait till the first of the month.  PLEASE  be more informed than I was!  ALSO I was not told of the 15 day window.

I was screwed by etour & travel as well. I made the trip there. I'm on disability and after my 12 hour drive there I could barely move! I cried during the sales meeting. I was heavily drugged on extra pain Meds. I signed the contract.  The next morn I text & spoke to the salesman. He promised he would get me out of the contract, he didn't. Now I need attorney! Help!

I was phoned about an Orlando package from Etourand.I talked to the first fellow about a package and gave him my Visa number ,by big mistake.A second fellow came on line to iron out the details and things went bad,I tried to cancel 3minutes after the first contact and they refused.I receive a package in the mail later and tried to cancel again and they still refused as it was 16 days from the first contact.I believe the salesmen are digging themselves a big hole as they just try to get your Visa number at any cost..and then refuse to cancel any package. It is big negative advertisement for the City of ORLANDO.I scamed out of only $219.00 but I am going to register this in PRINCE GEORGE PROVINCAL COURT AS A SCAM IN SMALL DEPTS COURT. We just did this recently and the trip was great! The hotel was very nice and the car rental was included along with tickets to universal. Make sure to upgrade the tickets or you'll be disappointed that all the good rides are at the second park. You go to a timeshare type of presentation but you don't have to buy anything. You simply say no, they will try to lower the rate and if you still say no after that then they thank you for your time.It definitely saves you a lot of money!

For those who are complaining, always make sure to know the fine print otherwise don't be "surprised" about the terms of cancellation. Ask them to send you all the information/DVD  before completely agreeing to giving them your credit card number! Common Sense!

Companies like this are related to several timeshare resorts in Mexico. They give you calls, send you postcards, promising a cheap vacation plus an additional gift, if you show up for a 90 minute sales presentation.  I personally wouldn't do it, you can never trust these companies. This is a good blog with great information on how to avoid becoming a victim of a timeshare scam:
