Last ear we with my friend bought Royal Holiday (RCI) vacation plan.We paied downpayment.Every month we pay 236.94$u.s. with interest plus annualy fee.Accordind promissory latter if we stop to pay back our loan that Royal Holiday lend it to us company put us in Collection Agency in Arizona U.S.A.
We keep our promises and paing money every month.We used only one vacation on Bahams Nassau.It was very costly for us.Meal plan that we try to book from Toronto was n/a.So,we were not satisfy with it.Then,we try to book a million of times our beneficial vacation for 5 years with out buying additional credits in Mexico.N/A.Always N/A.We wrote latter to our representative by e-mail how can we use our 5 years beneficial vacations.There was no answer.Then,we phoned company representatives and asked them how can we cansell this program and stop loan? Answer was: We need to pay 600 $U.S.and company started to sell this program.But all this time we have to pay money every month for nothing.
We would like to cancel this programm as soon as possible because it is FROUD.Please HELP US.

    We would like to cansell Royal Holiday(RCI) vacation program and loan that they land it to us as soon as possible.We can not pay money for service that we could not use.

    I have the same problem.  I simply stopped paying the fees, etc.  They call us on the phone all the time with threats to turn us over to collections.  I tell them "BITE ME!" and hang up.  We will never get our money back, but not going to pay another dime to this fraudulant organizatiion!

    Stop paying them and tell everyone you know - ROYAL HOLIDAY IS A SCAM!!!

      I have been a member 1997 and have been unhappy with it every year. We thought it eould be great but our maintenance fees just keep going up. It seems every place we book is under renovation and when they complete it they are no longer available!  Did they ever turn you into collections? We are also going to stop paying our maintenance fees.  My email is harinbone@sbcglobal.net

        They called as with treats for 1 year, after they called with some offers, which was turned down. About collection agency have no idea, but we have no problem  applying for credits   We were lacky that we from Toronto, and ruin our credit history in America not really affecting as.

    2009  RH scam
    I got scammed in 2009 Dec. I stop paying on Feb 2010 after realizing they lied duing the presentation. I wonder what will happen except having annoying phone call? Now, I simply just ignored any phone call from Mexico.

    I bought a $22.000 30 year vacation for life in feb 2010. It is now jan 2011 and have not taken a vacation yet because all the things ryan grover told me were lies. I was told if i signed right away that day lat year that we would get aa all expense paid trip to hawaii. I just found out that it isn't in the contract so it isn't real. My wife has been planning this and now is devistated. We were told we could take off the end of the 30 year contract and add it this year and now find out there is a $760 fee for every year we take. THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO US. I was told we bought all inclusive packages and now i'm told it will cost us $80 per person each day for food and drink. That's another $1120. Ryan grover also said rh bought blocks of 10,000 airline tickets so members could get them for about half price. I just talked to several salespeople and they never heard of such a thing. I called cheapcarribean .com and i can book the same vacation on line for on the average about $800.00 cheaper. WHY AM I PAYING $22,000?????. i HAVE PAID OVER $11,000 AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO BOOK A TRIP BECAUSE OF ALL THESE LIES. I am compiling all these lies and information and if i don't get my money back soon will be putting all this info on the world wide web and all mexico tourism and everyone else that should be notified. I know there is hundreds of complaints and these fraudulant practices need to be addressed. Vacations for life at ROYAL HOLIDAY, DOWN THE DRAIN.   abe

      Same story here. They continue to harrass us. We stopped paying. They do try to ruin your credit.

        I have stopped payments ( still owe 5 thousand of a 22 thousand package). Also, did not pay maintenance for this year.  At point where the threats to collection are coming.  Did it destroy your credit?

    I truly believe theres other people to blame on this whole mess (than rhc employees) - behind the scene 'invisible men, without identity given to public'.

    I believe also that this whole fraud is lead by englismen and propably americans (mexicans etc) together (lawyers included). The reason why its so hard to get out of our contracts (someone knows the laws and can take an advantage of the system). They seem to be quite wise guys behind this. But theres laws in the world also to stop this kind of fraud to continue.

    One thing is for sure - the foundation of this whole fractional business is built on illegacy.

    And also believe it all started as private. So, someone gets rich by fooling people.

    Are we going to stop 'them'?

    Id like to hear some satisfied members and their side of story as well (not rhc employees!). Is there really satisfied members at all? Is this BBB rating A just another lie? Like my complaint, its not calculated on that rate at all. And in my case its illegal what they do to me.

    Just to give you few things to think about. Theres FNTC working as a payment collector (at least they tell us they work in Europe, but I belive they work in USA as well - USA-England combination). And I believe also american members money goes to these FNTC 'funds'. As a root of the tree where this fractional business is runned (started). Like they partly would collect money by fraudulent business (easy money) to built this tree a big one. Thats just a intuition, but if theres Holiday Clubs ltd in your RHC contract mentioned - I truly believe the money goes to european fund... and if so, there comes along legal issues how the money can circulate in the world. But theres illegacies going on how the money moves between different countries for sure! And because this RHC is actually a mexican company - theres a LOT issues doesnt fit in that pattern!

    When I asked about the founder of the company (RHC). No answer. When I asked anybody in charge in this company. No answer. Just one girl who lies even in obvious issues - very unprofessional manager if this girl I got in contact is in charge of anything in this company. Just lying to me. (?)

    Just one question to american and canadian RHC members. Is there really anyone satisfied members among you? This is weirdest thing happened to me in entire of my life (almost:)). Just so obvious fraud, and I was so stupid to get into it.

    Could anyone send me a copy of your contract by email - Id like to compare different citizen contracts. Im european myself...
