And one more thing... piece by piece :). RHC threaten by sueing (or payment collector/ruining americans accounts) but doesnt solve otherwise anything.. or am I totally wrong here? And if this RHC -thing works for americans - why they never solved mt case? Only one case like this can ruin their reputation if they want to do legal business.

And Im aware how ridigulous my complaints start to look like :). But theres space.... and hopefully people read these. And stay away!

Thanks to let me know what happens with your case. I called once (the last call) a little while ago to Madrid, Spain. They only told me that Im no longer a member of the club and refused to do anything about anything in my case. Its only stealing money in my case, and they even didnt put me through to anyone and when I asked this guy's name he refused to give me it - can you guys believe all this? I honestly believe when I called to Madrid it went to Mexico or at least some mexican answered to my call (might have been in Madrid, but no europeans behave like this anyway in business. Also the reason why I believe its illegal what they do in the name of RHC here anyway). They dont have a license.. dont believe..

        Only IFG in Europe.

And I believe also that IFG functions as 'RHC's' 'license' in Europe. But are they doing it all the way legally... in a way or another?

How did it go?  I am curious to find out
I am from Canada as well and did not pay my maintenance fee this year and cancelled my credit card so they could not get their monthly payments any more either.  I will not get any money back, but at least I will not lose any more  . . .  I get daily calls from Concord which I think is their credit agency, but I do not answer them.

Has anyone ever gone physically back to the resort they bought their contract at to contact RH?  My husband and I are planning on going back to Cancun this winter, not staying at the same hotel, but making a visit to the hotel to meet with these crooks....

    Dear All,
If you are one of the victims of Royal Holidays Goa please email me on kchinoy@gmail.com
I am thinking of a protest in front of their gates  till they pay us our money. We can make groups of 5 members who utilize their membership at the same time and dont let their venue marketing continue. We sit outside their office with hoardings stating they are scam. As per the law this is a non violent act and it is not punishable. We can even get Police protection while sitting outside their office. Amounts that we have paid are big. My intention is to get back as much as we can. At least 70%.

Royal Holiday is one of the most fraudulent timeshare companies ever. The best advice is NEVER buy a timeshare anywhere. It is a scam and the so-called timeshare you buy is sold over and over again to other people. It is very difficult to sell your timeshare now and renting isn't in the deal. It will cost you more to buy a timeshare and maintenance fee than to rent a hotel room or a full ownership of a condo. Don't do it.

Royal Holiday doesn’t have the best reputation within the timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of  members at Royal Holiday feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.

One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Royal Holiday’s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract, however the contract clearly states that any verbal promise made by the sales associated are invalid unless those promises are establish within the contract.

I too tried to cancel our membership with no luck six month after buying out our membership in the Dominican.  Wrote a complaint to BBB.  All RH have to do is reply to your request to get the A+ they're getting.  I never paid any annual fees yet and I'm not going to.  According to a research seen on TV one person out of 10 will pay fraudulent companies under that kind of pressure.  Can you imagine the $$$ this company is making.   I've been reading lots of complaints from unhappy members and so far I've not heard of anyone to whom RH took to court... or cause serious credit damage.  If needed I prefer to use the money and get myself a good lawyer.  Good luck everyone!

Timeshare industry is known for being very susceptible to scams; however, timeshare properties are still a successful business for most resorts. In these times of rough economy, it is important to take care of our money, and timeshares are not in the way to achieve the financial security that we are all looking for. http://www.timesharescam.com/

Thousands of International travelers, particularly from the US and Canada, have fallen victims of timeshare fraud while vacationing. Resort developers hire skilled salesmen to represent their timeshares as many different attractive packages, such as financial investments, deeded properties, or vacation clubs, just to increase their sales. http://www.timesharescam.com/

Mexico is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, with an incredible variety of places to visit and inhabited by genuine friendly people.  However, if you’re planning to make your next vacation trip to this country, there’s something you should be aware of, and we’re not talking about the violence, but about the Mexican timeshare fraud: http://www.timesharescam.com/
