I emailed you twice since 05/09/11 that I had processed a case#381=400733 and acquired for the client 1567.00 of his 2700.00! The rest of the money goes to his former spouse Michelle H. Colligan same case# I wish to process her refund but it is no longer listed as a prospective client in the system! I wished re-instatement for this case#! I have not heard anything from you even though you advise I should hear from you within 24 to 48 hours! Get with it please! James Pagoota

      I have reviewed the process. The contract states that in the event of not getting paid you must sue the client. The problem is the client may have moved. My husband works for the government and said that all government forms and federal forms have numbers on them. He also said that this is a scam to laundry money.

    I am about to start this small business thing with smart tools.I have seen to question complaints so far.Can someone let me know if i need to cancel this business before they take money from me.I am 10,000 in debt.I need something concrete.Thanks so much,Christine

      get out of it before they take your money. they say you're capable of making for between 400 and 800 dollars for each one but yet they're not registered with the Better Business Bureau or if you're working for a government agency you would assume that they would be registered as a government agency it's a scam. what they don't tell you is once you get somebody a refund they're not obligated to send you a dime. you waste your time and money to find these people and you're not guaranteed to get a dime get out while you can

    Don't do it because the way you get paid is after you do all the work HUD sends the money to the person and you have to rely on the fact that this person who does not know you other than a phone call will send you a percentage of their money that they got from HUD.  In addition I am on the 15 day trial and am trying to cancel because I am not going to get into this thing and their phone number has a recording on it that says the number you are calling is not allocated... WTF?

      That is so true. When  working for HUD and FHA,, they send the check due straignt to you. My husband works for the government and said that all government forms and federal forms have numbers on them.He also said that they only want your entry fee. This is fraud and theft of all funds. I had been considering a start with this company, until' I discussed my intentions with my husband. And I'm  glad that I did listen to him.

    I do not think this is a joke it just takes forever to get any money.  I started in June and now have three clients waiting for their money.  I have spent about $1,500, but I am going to do this until Dec.  I promised myself that I would give it 6 months.  If after that time I get any more clients I will continue

    I started in May, sent out 110 letters with self address stamped return envelopes included. I have had 35 returned, 1 person call me for the information because her husband opened the letter and called her to get her to see about it. I sent her another form with self address stamped envelope and have not heard anything else. I was never able to  use the people search  soI think most of my addresses were not goo. I was hoping this would work out, but it looks like it is not going to.

I just want to hear from you if you will not respond I will not continue I am giving you up to next week: no respond I will change my debit card again, no excuses because I wokr hard for my money for not to be cheated or pay with, Thank you.

      There is no charge for Federal and Government forms. All Federal and Government forms have numbers on them. With that being said: This is a scam. Smart Tools is making money off your enrollment of $199.00.
