My daughter and I both received calls today from these people saying I owe on a payday loan? I was completely confused, but they scared the heck out of
both of us. Threatening lawsuits, incarceration, etc. I asked them to fax information regarding the debt and they could not do that. They also wanted met o okay money be withdrawn from my account. They have my ss #, this scares me! I faxed a letter to the fax number they provided asking for information as to where and when this debt happened. That only angered them and my daughter then received another threatening and harassing phone call.

    i would like to let everybody no as well that i have all over the same issues with this company or so called company ran by indians who cliam i owe money on some loan i took out witch i cleary did not do at all
    the fake name he gave me was bryan taylor  508 436 6828 he demanded i pay him with a card pre paid card and told me i need to go to wal-mart right away bull [***] im going to sue this phony fake company

    ito have been called at work b y these people but using a 8632880032 number i also called back and left a detaild message explaining that it is harrasment and eleagl to call me at work in texas and that my job tracks all phone calls in and out and my lawywer would be contacting them with a lawsuit  they called my cellphone and then got told once again that i was at work and it was harrasment and my lawyer would be contacting them he got scared and i havent herd from them since

    thats to funny cause they left one message on my voicemail saying the same thing and i saved it. then they left another message and stated this is no bs you need to call me right away or all i can say is good luck i saved that one as well

    I too have had several phone calls from this company.  I asked them what kind of scam they are running now and they assured me it wasn't a scam.  I played along with their little game and when I mentioned I was going to talk to my lawyer tomorrow they couldn't get off the phone fast enough.  The first person to call was "William Martin"  when I called back they didn't seem to know who I was talking about.

    These people go by many names and will identify themselves as US Federal Law Offices, etc.  However, at this moment I continue to receive calls from people who identify themselves as "American Law Division".  They continue to harrass me and state they have my social security number and a law suit has been filed against my social security number. Because I utilize payloans on line, I have been told by the FBI that these companies sell my information to anyone who is willing to pay (apparently it is in the small print of your agreement when you take out a loan).  The best thing to do is ignore them and don't give them any of your account information.  When they call me, I blow a whistle in their ear  ::: :) The current number they are providing is # 305-260-6745.  They change their number constantly.

    Oh my goodness!! I have been harrassed by a "John Williams". Who when I asked for extension 329, all he did was cover the phone and when he came back he said "John" was in a meeting. I told him all I neede was his fax number because my lawyer was going to handle this matter because I couldn't afford to lose my job due to all his harrassing phone calls. He seemed a bit disturbed and said that he was going to ignore my lawyers' paperwork and continue with the lawsuit. I was patient and said could I please have your fax number. The number he gave me was 206-457-1971??????Really???

    They may be vulnerable to shutting off the money transfer.

    they want the money from either a credit or debit card. My issue was i had a payday loan that went to collections due to a layoff at work and i was working with the in house collections department for that company and then i begin to get calls from american law department or whatever they claim to be always from a different standard american name but with a thick indian accent. the payday loan collections person told me they were aware of the scam and to not give them any amount of money at all

    I, too, have been getting threatening phone calls from American Law Division. This has been going on for several months. Several different names have been used. It just happened again today with the name of Brandon White. The number is was to call back (as I didn't answer the call) is 960-332-8137. I don't even know where these people are located. The first time it happened I was really worried about it, but after having read some of the comments posted here, I realize that they are just scamming people. I will NOT be calling them back!

    Same exact thing is happening to me word for word...Called the police department they told me remove my phone number by logging onto www.donotcallgov.com we will see if this works....

    I'm also receiving calls from these people. Calling themselves American Law Division; or the Department of Crime Investigation or the American Legal Service or the Legal Investigations Law Office. Here are the numbers they have been using 512-646-0909 or 661-213-9459 or 858-926-5290 or 424-243-5413 and email address acls.incorp@gmail.com. What company would use a gmail account. I've called the Federal Trade Commission several times on them. Whenever they call me I always ask for their name, supervisors name, phone number, fax number, email address, and the name of their company. They threatened to have me fired from my job, and that there currently isn't a lawsuit filed against me but if I don't resolve this issue then there will be one filed against my SS# in my local state court. Right after I tell them I'm making another report to the FTC they get mad and say you go ahead and report us to the FBI.

    I've been receiving phone calls from these people since January 13, 2011. They say almost the same exact things to me word for word even down to if you don't resolve this matter and ignore this phone call the only thing I can say to you is "God Bless you" and "good luck". I even got a phone call at work once. These people don't know who they were actually dealing with. If they took the time to really look me up they would see that I graduated from College with a degree in Criminal Justice. I don't give out personal information without getting information on the people who want it first. People with thick Indian accents used names like Brad Williams, William Black, Joy Adams and Mark Brown. Here is some of the Information I was able to collect from them.

    the last one i received was from law and investagation   bureau from a ralph brown a steven freeman on a payday loan i never received they told me that the loan was done in august 2011 and was never paid when i asked  name of company they said adavance cash usa and i owed them 328.00 i told them they were full of it they said they were sending the sheriff at 5pm that nite on fraud charges  to arrest me when i said go ahead they used more profanity in onbreath of air than i ever heard in my life. phone #s 424-261-4651 ..414-932-8710  fax# 206-457-1971... 415-932-8710  another person names to watch out for is sam taylor 817-962-3550 and a mike anderson at 409-356-6521 these are names and phone#s to watch they are scammers.....

    the latest number is (310) 359-0427. after pissing off "Cameron Right" after just one phone call, i was able to get the CEO, Jeff Mathews. All with VERY think Indian accents and i a call center, I continually heard someone call the guy Ishmale. Its the biggest scam and there is no such thing as a "lawsuit against a social security number". They threatened my boyfriend, work and me. I told them to serve me papers then we'd talk.

      I got a call from this number (661-310-0427) (661-310-0820) last week and they left a message saying that this is CJ Constrution. I was to give them a call so I do and it go's to a answer machine. It happened twice and the names that they used was Chris and Kyle. Just fishy to me.

    so my husband just came home to tell me that he is being sued on monday if he doesn't pay Neil Johnson, Johnson hahaha with a thick Indian accent...718 US dollars... so my husband who has bad credit and thought maybe someone really was trying to collect an old debt
    GAVE them his debit card information and a copy of his driver license...OMG... i couldn't believe what i was hearing...so i got online put in the phone number and HELLO i was right on the money...this is a total scam..who gets sued in one day with no paper work or certified mail i thought....the number he got called from was 206.309.9847 and 508.438.9824.....they are taking advantage of people with bad credit who are in the process of fixing their credit by securing new lines of credit and paying off old debt... i am changing my husband bank information and reporting this to the authorities in California ... we are leaving for the police station now... i hope anyone who is threatened by these people report it to the police...it is against the law to make threats to a person in American where these people clearly did not come from...

    For the last few weeks I have been getting calls/messages from this same group American Law Division. I could tell that something was not right here. So today, I finally answer their call number (310 359 0424). Of course my story falls in the line with everyone else. Threats, demands, and lots of fast talk. But what was really scary they had my information. I pumped them for information on the company they claimed I owed (US Cash Advance), requested that they fax the affadavit to me (they declined), they did give me a case number (fake), they kept trying to get me to admit that I owed the money (I never admitted that i owed) and kept trying to talk over every question that I asked. They also indicated that they had sent me three previous notices and never received a response. I told them I did not recall receiving notices and I was going home to verify if I had. Well, the only thing I can say is that they have messed with the wrong one...this just a simple bunch of thugs.

    I am going to get some type of credit protection.
