My daughter and I both received calls today from these people saying I owe on a payday loan? I was completely confused, but they scared the heck out of
both of us. Threatening lawsuits, incarceration, etc. I asked them to fax information regarding the debt and they could not do that. They also wanted met o okay money be withdrawn from my account. They have my ss #, this scares me! I faxed a letter to the fax number they provided asking for information as to where and when this debt happened. That only angered them and my daughter then received another threatening and harassing phone call.

    Hi, I have been reading through the list of comments to see if any of the numbers these jerks were using were close. The numbers we have are close (310) 359 0424.

    I recently have been receiving harrassing phone calls while at work. These people say they are from the Law Firm of California and have given me numerous numbers to call. The latest one that they called me from was 916-395-0000 and they gave me a different number to call them back on. This number was 661-270-6426. Why the difference in area codes if the company is based in one area? The Indian who contacted me, threatened me with suing me in court if I did not fax him a letter stating that I authorize them to withdraw 629.23 from my Mastercard within the next fifteen minutes. Needless to say that I work in a Maximum Security Prison and cannot just leave my post to do so. I contacted the company to which they stated I owed the money and asked them about it. The lady from this company stated that this is a scam, she said that I have no balance with them, and that I have not since 2007.She then provided me details on who to report it to. The first message I received from them today 4-15-2011 said that this was Jacob Johnson and the second message stated the name of John Jacobson???? Are these people for real??? They called 6 times within a half hour at work where I am not suppose to receive personal phone calls and when I gave them my cell phone number to call the next morning, they continued to state that they could not do that. Now they are telling me that my name has been downloaded to bring a suit against in court. I have so far contacted the Federal Trade Commission, The FCC, and the BBB. I have also added my phone numbers to the National Do-Not Call Registry. These people are just amazing and I wish that it could be stopped.

    There is a company doing the same thing to me. They asked me to send them the same information. I did not do it though. Instead I tricked them into giving me the name of the company that I so-called owed the money too. If you get a call from someone claiming that they are from the Law Firm of California. This is a scam. The names they used were Roy Anderson, Jacob Johnson, John Jacobson, and I cannot remember the other name. Here are a few of the numbers that they asked me to call. 661-270-6426, 916-395-0000, 213-785-1251(fax number),

    These people are calling me now and i have asked for information to be sent to me and was denied. The number is 310 359 0424. I had my lawyer to call and they wouldnt even answer the phone. People please be careful if we all put them on our local new station thay these people are frauds then this will come to a stop. I encourage everyone to call and report to the local new station in your area today.

    i HAVE ALSO BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THESE MEN WHEN THEY CALL ME THEY USE THE NAMES OF ADAM, DAVID RIGHT OR WRIGHT. THEY ALL HAVE BEEN HARRASING ME FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW THREIGHTING ME WITH GOING TO JAIL AND READ ME A BUNCH OF CHARGES AGAINST ME. THE NUMBERS THEY HAVE BEEN USING IS 863-438-1785 AND 209-912-2106. I HAVE BEEN SCARED OUT OF MY MIND FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS. NOW I CAN BREATH A SIGH OF RELIEF. THESE MEN NEED TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE NOT RETURNED THE CALLS I JUST PUSH THE IGNORE BUTTON ON MY PHONE. I FELT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING AS THOUGH THEY WERE READING FROM SCRIPT. MAKE THESE PEOPLE STOP.

    Iv been getting calls from a number in New York saying I owe money to them i applied for a pay day loan but i never got the money in my account. Now they are saying they are going to take me to court and i would face jail time and would have to pay 10,000,000 back. Im so scared and they wont stop calling what do I do? The number they call me from is 347-470-5671 Please if anyone has every got a call from this people please let me know. Thanks

    I just got a call from them his name is john williams and he wanted me to give him my info and fax a letter to him so I told him to send me the pappers and he said no

    Also receiving phone calls at work stating he is RICKY JOHNSON and demanding money.  The phone number he is using is 617-531-1244

    i red three call with diff number they stated they are collecting payday loan first time they said from 2008 then the third time they said 2010  and they wont send doc they stated they did the first time  i never rec it and i dont recall of getting a payday and they have my info  the the wont call me a gain cause i change my phone number please help who do i go to to investgate
