On Feb 13, 2008 I was charged on my Visa Credit Card $29.95 and the telephone number is 888-999-0564 CT. I did not authorize this and I am therefore filing a complainst against them as a Scam.

    Yea I to was also charged 14.95 I didn't understand why but I made sure I took care of that!

    I noticed this charge on my card and after calling Visa, found out they've been charging me $19.95 for 9 months! I'm livid! The cc company is going to take care of it - but what I want to know is where this charge originated from. I joined classmates.com and have a feeling it was from them! Anyone else know where this charge originated from? I'd be curious to know who's feeding these guys are cc numbers. Ugh!

    I just confirmed that the charges from AP9 Shopping Essentials that appeared on my credit card DID, in fact, originate from classmates.com. So be aware, that if you join classmates.com, this will surely happen to you. In addition, classmates.com will continue to bill you after your 'trial' membership -- unless you go back into the site and cancel. Otherwise, they will continue to bill you after the trail. These guys are a scam! Beware!!!

    i was charge to my visa of $14.95 and i did not give an ok to do so so i want my money back to my acc.or i will be talking too the better business buro my acc at chase ending 1421 i want my money back in my acc. thank you lpswl561@aol.com

    Just today I noticed that AP9* SHOPPINGESSENTIALS has been charging me $11.95 about once a month since January.  I have never even heard of restaurant.com much less visited them.  I have no idea how they got my information but I wish they would stop!

    This is to cancel the charge of $19.95 for the past 5 months to which I have not had any service to.  Please accept this as an final authorization to cancel this charge on my account effective immediately.

    I was charge 19.95 by this company which i did not athourize Turns out they got my card number form Intelius. My bank is resloving the issue

    Dear ol Dad decided to order something from VitaCost for his bad heart. 6 months later he almost had a heart attack when his credit card was charged 19.95 twice from MVQ*SHOPESSPLUS 877-442-5774. They were very rude but said they would refund within 3-5 days. Refused to talk with me and talked with Dad (who can only whisper due to throat cancer) and was told it was from VitaCost at checkout. Am on hold with Vitacost now wondering why, if I had signed up for something like this (which I knew I had not) I was never given a welcome ot Shopessplus, so I could use their GREAT deals and discounts!! HMMMM- I have the poor customer service girl almost in tears I'm sure. Even SHE admitted it was fishy, but it was only a paycheck for her at the end of the week. I explained maybe she should get another job, one that won't bother her conscience!!!
