contacted by a company called in-house solutions. 612 254 1548 regarding a credit card from 2009, statue in ga is 6 years. I've passed the statue by over 3 years. they call my mother my brother, threats of lawsuits. I called my lawyer she called them. they refuse to give out an address and hung up on her. used profanity over the phone after I said I would record them. in ga one person can approve recording. after that, they stopped calling. 2 days later someone in Columbus ga calls. 706 341 0219 doesn't call me calls my brother and once again tells him why. I call them back and they hang up. refuse to answer questions. of course no address once again. i'm very sick due to an accident in 2014 i suffer from neuropathy and severe panic disorder. they cannot sue and collect on a time-barred debt and they know it. i'm reaching a breaking point

I have been contacted multiple times by In House Solutions ( whose incoming number identifies in Derby, CT on my phone) insisting they have received a fax complaint and need to have me call them with my work or home address so that they can serve me papers. They have called almost daily for two months. I have returned their call twice: The first time the lady verified my last four digits of social security was the wrong person of my name. The second time the last 4 of ss#  seems to have matched, yet the man said he was collecting for a credit card that was opened in 2002, not used since 2009, and charged off in 2012. The statute of limitations in my state is 6 years, so there is no claim. He did give me the credit card account number and the bank's phone number. He did give me a supposed balance due and a settlement amount figure equal to 12% of the larger amount. Then he said I had a choice to settle or go to court. This company has called my ex husband, my current husband and my ex husband's wife. I currently have an open credit card account in good standing with the said bank. How could they not know how to reach me? I believe this is a collection company trying to strong arm me into paying them something because they bought the bad debt. I also believe they have no grounds. I have blocked the number on my phone but they use different numbers. All I can find on the internet is a web page  teched.org using a header "In House Solutions"  owned by Technical Education Solutions, LLC  in Derby, CT. The Secretary of State of Connecticut website reveals a Florida based company operating in CT. Yet, I cannot verify the legitimacy of a collection company with that name, so therefore I am continuing to presume this is not a caller I would give any personal info to.

A collection agency CAN NOT provide you with the last 4 digits of a "debtor's" ss# - it is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

They buy very old debt that has been written off by the companies and try to collect what they can.  Once a debt has been written off by the debtor and its's past statute of limitations they hold no authority over you. Let them know this and they can be sued for harassment. The BBB has their address in S.C

In house solutions  has called me 4 times with a debt I paid off in 2014.  It is now 2018. Even if I didn't pay it off statue of CC debt in NY is 6 years last transaction was in 2009.  I have the paper work for paying off debt.  Next thing I'm going to do is call citi  bank. There should be a law to protect people who have paid off debt and are being strong armed by Credit card companies like in house solutions.  If they try and take me to court for a debt I paid, I swear I'm suing!

This  company In House Solutions LLC called me and several of my family members over the course of 5 months.  This morning I received a call stating that I have been notified that I was going to be served papers at my job or home.  I cannot get them to give me their address and information about the debt unless i give them all of my information.  When I called back a couple of times once after they called my sister and then today they begin to yell at me and kept hanging up on me.  The lady had the nerve to say that I was harassing her business.  Next step formal complaint to Federal Trade Commission 18008736172  The stress from the harassment is to much.

This is happening to me as we speak.  They had wrong SS number for me. They claim this debt is from 2007 which I never have even had an account with the bank they are claiming.  They have called family members, threatened me with court and so on.  I called the bank they told me I owed they said do not give them any info they are scammers and to go change my debit card in which I did.  They do all there collections in house.  The call this morning they are wanting the bank info faxed to them at 855-802-1488 Ashley Simms.  Do not give any information to these people I was told by the bank.

I got a call from them they were looking for my wife, I called them back and told them to remove my number from their list, and he said no and hung up. I called back 7 times, and they said they removed my number from their list. I look at this way the longer i keep them on the phone the less number of people they can scam
