I have been receiving calls from this number every day for a week 216-230-4519 and a reference number. I called them back and they knew my name without the reference number; however, not my last name any longer. Stated I opened a credit card with Bank of America in 2004 and then it was reopened in 2009 and then stopped paying in 2012 with a balance of $2,234.64. I spoke to a Page Wilson and she gives me a number 504-419-3010 (after looking up it is a wireless #) I advised them that I have never owned a C/C and I need to report this as an fraudulent activity. She placed me on hold and then a man gets on the phone Eric Mason. He tells me that if I don't pay this debt I will be served with papers and taken to court. We went round and round...He would not provide me where the card was used and said that I would receive it with my summons papers. Everything I asked for he had a counter comment. After a 20 minute conversation, I told him just to serve me the papers. I was really upset and freaked out because they are very demanding and convincing. I started searching the number and the name of the company and found all these notices regarding this number and business. I'm glad this out here, I feel like I can breathe again.

Can you give us name and address of the company listed on the paid in full? I'd like to get physical location and company information to serve legal papers.

They called me for the same reason, and had all the info as well. I paid 1st (stupid of me!) then called the payday loan people, who said yes, I did have a loan from them that defaulted, and they gave me the name/number of the real collection agency.  The collection agency told me that I paid that off years ago! I immediately canceled my credit card. Scammers!

I've also been contacted by the company In-House Solutions(8888736172) claiming that I owed 3,100.76 but willing to settled 1,000.76. I contacted Citi bank to see if they worked with In-House Solutions, in which the representative stated that he never heard of them. He also did a worldwide company search in their database to see if I had an account, which I never had an account open with them. So he gave me partnering companies (Bestbuy, Homedepot, Macy's, Shell oil, Costco, Sears...etc) that I could have signed up with, which I contacted those that I can recall, in which they also stated everything is clear on their end.

Also, after 30min In House called back saying the would lower the cost to $600 or allow me to get on a payment plan.

What I would suggest is creating an account with Equifax and other major credit bureau and look into freezing/alerting possible fraud.

This company, In House Solutions, continues to change numbers. They called me multiple times even though I don’t owe this debt, I have proof. They call me threatening me. They have left this robo call on my family members and friends voicemails however will not leave me a message. This message is intended for ——. I received a fax order regarding a complaint that was filed against you I have there we're trying to serve you with documents to appear at either your residence or your place of employment if you have any questions or concerns about this complaint or wish to rectify the matter you can hit any key on your phone to connect to our office directly or call us at the following number 855-232-4985 extension 1 calling please reference file number———-you have officially been notified.
When I called to get their information like company name, address, and licensing number, they hung up on me. They just want to sue. I have turned in a complaint about this before and I’m tired of the harassment. I do not owe this debt.
I called this company back and tried a second time to clear this matter and according to the lady who wouldn’t give her name, said she would remove my records and all numbers because I told her I had already paid this and had the paid in full letter.  I had all my ducks in a row and she was stunned.  Then I told her I had turned them over to FTC and CFPD.  The trouble is they change their numbers so often, it’s hard to catch them.  They’ve been trying this crap with me since September 2018.  I’ve done all my research and knew exactly what to say today.  I didn’t give them a chance to try to trick me or scare me.  The lady knew I knew she was a fraud when I had all the information to prove the debt was paid.   Hopefully, she will remove all my information and stop calling me.  It’s embarrassing when they start calling friends and family about matters that have already been handled.

These people started calling my family members and finally me Around July or August of last year. AT&T changed my number for free but told me not to count on it going away. But they change their numbers too often to be caught. But all the calls are coming from a computer which makes it hard to catch. I no longer answer my phone unless it’s someone in my contact list. Doctors have had to put me on medications for high blood pressure not that this trash would care. They have called me from over 15 different phone numbers some local some look like my own number. I even dare them to serve me at the police station they hung up they are criminals. Don’t even bother calling them back. I haven’t spoken to them since October of last year but they still call my mother

They have called me repeatedly for at least the last several months every time I block a number I have a different state number come through.  They have called my wife and my sister and even got very rude, cursed and then ung up on my sister when she would not supply them with any information.  Here are some of the recent numbers they have used. 855-232-4985 913-370-4689 888-873-6172.  Their messages change all the time.  Today was the most threatening one of all claiming they needed to verify my information to serve me papers and were currently in the process of contacting my HR department to do the process correctly.  I had called all 3 of those numbers back and they all went to a voicemail of William Jackson that was full.  I finally had enough I called them someone said their name so fast and then just put me on hold.  Finally the same person after several minutes came back on the line tried to verify my phone number and name.  I refused to give them any information and asked them what company they were calling from and what it was about they identified themselves as Inhouse solutions and it was a civil matter and would not say what.  I was then put on hold again and stated why do you keep calling me from different states.  I was told it was an automated system and when you call back you can be put through to any state I just happened to reach Texas.  She again tried to verify information and I would not give them any she got upset and said If I was not going to help then hung up on me.

I also believe they sell our info to others I had no scam calls until these people came into my life. They have threatened me for nearly 7 months. I told him to put up or shut up and always hang up.  Also got a recording app for my phone and I record every time they called me and the conversation. They told me I didn’t have a right to record them. Wrong the state of Georgia is a one party rack to record state. I have over six recordings of them calling me names I dared them to take me to court. Unless you’re willing to make a payment or settle The call ends until the next time

      Hi Joe,

Did you get any names or do you have any information on senior management?

    Chaz W.
Today, I just received a call from Inhouse Solutions.  I spoke to Alison Kelly, Heather Lang and James Taylor.  These names are aliases used, and not their birth given names.  Unprofessional, rude and wouldn't answer my questions regarding holes in their claim.  The wrong employer was given, and when asked to provide documentation regarding their claim, they tried to divert the question with threatening tactics .  Heather Lang hung up on me when I started asking questions.  I called back and spoke with Alison Kelly, she was nice at first.  When I started asking questions, I was passed to a Sr. representative "James Taylor", who just kept reiterating their threatening tactics.  He asked me what is my intent, I replied "When the correct information is provided and document for my review, I am more than willing to discuss this matter" call was then terminated.  I called back, Alison Kelly then placed me on hold, Heather Lang came back on the line and basically told me she wouldn't provide the needed documentation or information I've requested.  I am going to speak to my attorney "I work for a law firm", lol.   This company has no core values.  If anyone has contact information on senior management, please respond to this testimonial/post.

I received a msg from 855-232-4985 today. They said I would be served at my place of employment or residence if they did not hear back from me. I have a voice disorder which prevents my voice being understood on the phone, voicemails, speakers etc. I was unable to get what is is they wanted from me. I’m on disability and am unable to work. Stress worsens my condition. I will block and ignore them, but my main concern is them harassing family members and people who are no longer a part of my life. I had a company harass people from my past and present a couple of years ago that caused some issues within my family. I physically and emotionally can not deal with this. I’ve been scammed in the past. I’m so frustrated right now.

NEVER answer or call a telephone number that you don't know. Research the number! When you answer or call back you invite more harassment than you deserve. 100% of the time they are nothing but SCAMMERS!

In House Solutions is calling me & my family members as well. They will not tell me what is I about unless I respond a "Yes" to them. I asked them what does your company do & why haven't you sent me a letter like a normal debt collector does. I advised that I will get my lawyer involved & that the FBI is recording this line. I cursed at them & she cursed back. Now, I know it is a scam when she was not acting professional. What a joke & get a real job. Scam Beware, I also sent a complaint to the Generals Attorney Office.

I have received multiple calls from them.  When I returned the call and they asked for a case number I told them I did not have one. They then put me on hold for 10 minutes and never returned. I have blocked the number in my phone.

suing this company they called me my ex boyfriend and who knows who else they called in relation to a debt I do not owe sleep leavin automated messages saying this is the last attempt. Well that was last week and I still got same message today. Will be suing them for harassment and calling trade commission and whomever I need to call to make sure they stop calling my phone. They used the number 503-741-9404 and when I tried to talk to someone they hung up when I called back it went to a google voice mail they do not  have a real business set up online. Has sent no paperwork. Definitely scammers they just don’t know who they are messing with. They are going to stop calling my phone or else block that number and other numbers have called but I’m done playing there games. I will be investigating this an making sure they pay for the time they have wasted of mines.
